It was ok you can get your basics but sometimes their stock is not as great as the flagship store or the bigger ones. But still get nice bits and bobs. I didn't get what I wanted this trip hence the 4 stars but I did manage to get a few bargains and the staff were helpful and friendly as usual so yh, good place to visit and shop around.

Always a bargain. Easy to get to, large selection of clothing adults / kids. As everyone points out during busy periods there is normally a queue by the till. So choose to go quite times when kids are at school. Walking distance from Hammersmith station. Sits within a complex of shops and restraunts.

This review is not directed to the service because it’s great but more directed to Primark and their policies. They lost a customer today because the size I wanted was on a mannequin and told me it’s policy that they cannot take any clothing off the mannequin. But I want to pay for it!? Yet no, they said no. Don’t understand this.

I remember days when you could buy a lot of nice things in Primark. Unfortunately quality really went down a lot. You still can get some nice clothes reasonably priced, children's and men clothes and few other bits and pieces like jewellery, make up, towels, bathroom accessories. The best time to do shopping there would be in the morning when it is quite and not much mess. There is a car park upstairs.

A fantastic store which doesn't meet the other retailers in competition. they are in a lead of themselves.. so if you need a wide range of items you will definitely find it here. A sign of a good store is when customers are buying with plenty of bags in their hands.. why not try them !

A very large Primark based in central Hammersmith near the IKEA. As with any other Primark, you will most likely buy something else other than what you went in there to get with it being so big

Busy but not as crowded as other Primarks. Offering a wide range of clothing and accessories for children, women and men at good prices. Often have to really hunt for particular sizes and can sometimes just not have that size in stock. It tends to be tidier than other Primarks. However as with other stores, there is always a queue to pay and most of the checkouts are unmanned.

As for any Primark you find cheap stuff, but that won't last long. It's not overly crowded although since they changed their cashier queue (probably to ensure better social distancing) it does seem crowded at the queue. But they are quite quick to process each customer. For some reasons the place is always too warm.

The off stock from topshops casts off designs are sold here mostly, quality is still hut and miss, you'll be lucky to get more than 10 washes out of something before it misshapes -disposable fashion indeed. Probably slave labour too.. The routing entry/exit system is a joke they literally have the biggest open entrance you'd be luckily to come near another person using whatever direction! The security guards are like vigilantes making even then most holy nun feel shame. The rest of the redeeming qualities are brought by the absolute legends who run this place. They all deserve medals for what is the equivalent of hell on earth in the best of days!

Great experience usually. It’s a local branch so not the biggest selection but a decent one nevertheless. Staff could be more professional but it seems to be a culture amongst Primark and nothing specific to the store. I’m a regular shopper at this branch, once a week at the least. Great place for cheap disposable and emergency wear too!

Primark is always great for those clothing essentials, especially for children. The staff always do a great job trying to keep everything tidy which isn't easy with customers leaving clothes all over the place. I find best times to visit are during weekdays before 2pm as after this and at weekends can get very busy.

I liked the place because it does have a wide range of clothes most of which are good quality for the price that you are paying. The only issues that I have with it are that they tend to have clothes all over the floor and their sizings are a bit too big for my actual size. But overall it is a great place to shop!

Large store with helpful staff and despite long queues they move quickly. Large range of items and cheap prices with up to date and trending clothes. With everyday clothes and larger selection of new season must haves. Underwear does small sizes and larger sizes with some plus size bras family members say are sometimes difficult to get. I have also found long length in some trousers which are hard to find. Check labels before purchasing as this has often been a small problem as hangers sometimes do not have the correct sizes on. That being said it is a very good store, large selection and friendly staff here. I like this store and shop here rather than the larger ones. They are too disorganised and not as easy to find what I need or help I might require.

Very fashionable and clothes are definitely at an affordable cost. Lovely and friendly staff and they have recently opened the beauty and brow studio on the ground floor which I think I’d absolutely amazing . I would say it is cheaper to get whatever you need done at beauty and brow studio at primary as the staff are once again friendly and the prices are really cheap ☺️

I do like this branch of primark i went yesterday had no problem with the new system I didn't have to queue walled straight in staff on hand at the door if any issues they were people there but didn't feel packed got what I need and their are sales and bargains to be had easily located not far from the station and 27 bus stops near all and all a positive experience would recommend even in this pandemic

Fashionable day to day clothings at bargain prices. Shoppers usually end up with big bags when they leave Primark. It is very popular with tourists too. Everyone likes a good bargain! Household items can be beautifully designed. Quality should be fine. Can't expect much for the price. Some goods come in batches. Once they are gone, they are gone. Primark does not repeat its orders from suppliers.

I think that quality of fabrics are better than before which is good and maybe thats why Primark prices are higher than before. Great selection of cheap fashion clothes, a lot of themed clothes (i.e. marvel, harry potter, simpsons) and merchandise. One MASSIVE fault - the customer service is ATROCIOUS! Firstly they never have enough checkouts open, so the lines are massive - you have 15 checkouts, why are only 1/3 open during busy times! Secondly - you can literally go through a whole transaction without being acknowledged by the staff member other then to tell you how much your bill is, your lucky if you get some eye contact! Really really poor!

Always a great place for cheap clothes. Customers are a little disrespectful so there are often clothes all over the place- staff try to keep on top of the mess though. General annoyance at the moment is that ALL the jeans are skinny. If you have short legs - skinny does not suit - but can you find a normal pair of jeans - no. I buy most of my clothes from here but have to go elsewhere for trousers.

Overall I love this Primark in Hammersmith, it is always one of the better one's. They have a great women's, men's & kids sections. Good sized shoe & accessories sections. The only thing about this Primark is till management and sales. Sales - unless you're a size 6-8 in clothes it's rare you will benefit from the sale. I find this a little insulting. If an item is on sale, all sizes for that particular garment should be in the sale not just the super small sizes. Till Management - Ok so far I have only seen one person being manager on the tills (especially upstairs). It seems if there is something wrong (usually something in the sale is not coming up at sale price!) then it takes a while to get a manager to come and correct it. The female till manager there shouts across that she's coming if the till staff buzz for her more than once. She never smiles, looks like she can't be bothered and the fact she's had to do some work annoys her. I have had to encounter this particular manager a few times, and I never find her friendly towards customers or staff. But... Apart from my two gripes above, this is a very good Primark! I always find the items I am looking for and always end up buying more than I intended to.

I have had situations where buttons were nor properly sewn, also where a zip has jammed and I had to replace the jacket. I also found that the stitching on a jacket came unstitched. Not enough cashiers, so it takes s long time to pay.

As an international student, Primark is a great place to get affordable and fashionable clothes, even after the £ to $ conversion. I would have packed far less if I had known that this was an option. While the quality may not be as high as some other places, you only need the clothes to last a semester or a year, and if they survive longer, then that's a bonus.

Good value for money fashions and casual wear. Suspect sweat shop industry from overseas is involved in churning out cheap clothing. However the store uses paper carrier bags which helps against climate change as long it's not from forests which are being stripped of trees. Hopefully the paper carrier bags are from timber which comes from sustainable forestry. But perhaps that's wishful thinking. Regarding lingerie there are no bra sizes over 38 I'm afraid.

Probably one of the biggest Primark around London. The place do cheap and affordable clothing. This store has almost everything that you need in your wardrobe but it is so massive that it take ages to find anything and it is apparently understaffed. The queue is always long but moving on very quickly since there are quite a few tills operating most of the time. If you like cheap and cheerful day to day stuff for your wardrobe then this is ideal.

I prefer this Primark to the one on Oxford Street. Its got a large selection of products, the staff are very friendly and store is very well organized. This primark is very organised, it is reasonably tidy compared to other primark stores and has a lot more choice than other stores. This primark has 2 floors, the ground floor is mostly women's, including shoes, bags, scarfs, hats, sunglasses, hair accessories, makeup, underwear/pj's, dresses, trousers, tops ect. And second floor is mens and children's clothing. I found it very easy to shop here and find what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable and staff are friendly.
