I am having a pair of boots made as they don't stock mine anymore which I bought 25 years ago ! People in the shop were lovely and helpful and both were very friendly.

A rather small store for the famous Australian outback outfitter. I have owned many pairs of their boots over the years. But my oldest is 13 years and still going strong. Love the brand and their products. Bought another pair in black suede. 😜

Having been a customer of RM Williams for some years I already know that the boots are of the highest quality. I was so pleased when I visited the new Soho branch to purchase some new boots as all of the shop staff where incredibly welcoming, polite and helpful. I have to agree with what people have to say here, one of the best stores and service I have ever had!. Situated a couple of minutes down Berwick St the the heart of soho away from the busy Oxford St is where you’ll find R.M.Williams.. with a fantastic range of footwear and clothing presented by extremely nice and friendly staff. A Spanish lady served me with her endless enthusiasm and charm about the brand, which goes a long way when trying on boots on a hectic Black Friday weekend just before closing.. So anyone looking for quality goods with top notch service venture of the beaten path into the back streets and your sure to find all the best things you may be looking for.. Oh and many thanks for the t-shirt!..
