A. B.Nice big store that feels like the house aspect of it was almost kept intact - which I can appreciate. The third floor has a nice feature of an indoor balcony which is unique. Helpful staff and the store varies both the Polo and regular Ralph Lauren collections.

Strongly recommend you to go there and do some shopping and afterwards sit in the sun with a coffee or something fresh. I think all fancy stores from Bond street should have this.

J. J.Just visited my absolute favorite shop in this area. The staff are so naturally pleasant and are ready to help you as much as possible without being overbearing. Marco found me a selection of light rainproof coats after listening to me describe what I wanted. The interior is suave opulence without being obscene and the staff on various floors make you most welcome. Yes I bought a lovely winter coat which is lightweight, smart and just about affordable. I love popping in and wandering around occasionally and feel great afterwards, great brand, great shopping experience.

R. W.Sadly didn't get time to shop around due to how late in the day we arrived. The shop display is amazing and you can tell you are walking into a special shop. Brought 3 drinks, I asked for 2 cappuccinos and 1 iced tea with lemon. Some how at the end of it with no one else ordering I got 2 cappuccinos and 1 hot latte. I didn't have time to question it as a taxi was waiting for me, also never got offered any cup holders for the 3 drinks.

The home section in the basement is really stylish, not too much range, but a really lovely setting and some really nice things. The bedding and decorative items. There is the usual abundance of 'Polo' in several rooms, but as you ascend the stairs, it just gets better. Some really lovely Black Label and Purple Label pieces in there. I often get offered a glass of chilled water with a slice of lemon, or a cappuccino. Just be careful as you browse. Don't want to get a coffee stain on those clothes!

t. b.This was my very first vist to this shop , the greeting l got as l walked in was very friendly and in these times of Coronavirus the appropriate hand gel was available along with signs to let you know about masks been worn, with entry in one way and out another so very secure . The man l first spoke with was the assistant manager Ricky Clark and he directed me to the area l needed . I had to return a shirt that wasn't suitable for my son but l had bought it in a branch in Portsmouth not realising that was where l should return it . If l had read the receipt l would have seen this information so this was my mistake . Ricky then offered great advice and help which l was so grateful for . What fantastic care and service towards a customer .

T. T.A beautiful store selling a wide range of own brand apparel and fashion accessories. Situated towards the Green Park end of Bond Street the store is large and set in its own building and spans two floors. The store is luxuriously decorated and feels safe and cosy.

The building has that charm and classic architecture so typical for this place in London, and the RL flagship stores. This combined with the most unique staff, which cares even after when you are home again, with the selection and the relaxed atmosphere is a Juwel 💎!!

I walked in there in New Years Day looking for a suit for my wedding, Tomas and the rest of the RL staff could not have been more accommodating. The suit took 3 fittings to get right, and honestly after the 1st one I thought it was okay but they insisted they make some tweaks to get it to be not just right but amazing.

Dit is een prachtige winkel van Ralph Lauran met goede advisering en hulp. Als je hier serieus kleren gaat kopen krijg je een passende adviseur die zijn/haar best doet je goede keuzes te laten maken. Lang geleden dat ik dit zo meemaakte. Door de ligging is deze winkel prettiger dan de winkel op Regent Street, die is zo immens druk dat daar de aandacht minder is omdat de volgende klanten alweer staan te wachten.

Un loft sous un toit... avec une baie vitrée donnant sur les toits de Paris, une villa de luxe aux Caraïbes, au "bleu Klein" vibrant, une chambre noire et blanche d'inspiration 1930, très Newyorkaise, où un "salon-patio" Mexicain aux couleurs solaires du désert.. Le dépaysement est véritable !
Un grand bravo au styliste qui réalise ces ensembles de très grande classe au chic

Dans cet espace , la jeune hôtesse, Elham , infiniment gracieuse, très compétente, est toujours à votre écoute, en vous donnant de précieux conseils..
Au rez de chaussée et dans les étages, tous les vêtements hommes et femmes qui nous enchantent......et, . c'est un véritable hommage à la beauté, un style d'un grand raffinement..
Les polos et pulls pour les hommes avec toujours un clin d'œil au monde enfantin avec un chien ou un nounous brodé ou imprimé..
Le style "Vintage", toujours dans l'air du temps et, dans la nostalgie d'une belle époque évanouie.. avec de belles ceintures patinées ornées d'argent et turquoise, des jean's customisés et pour les femmes des corsages en dentelles délicates.. et des blousons "so romantic" !!💗
