i visited several bridal shops in the area and RF was by far the best! i love the atmosphere they have created in their store, and their consultants are so genuine and caring. i was nervous about shopping for my wedding dress and at times overwhelmed by the process, but my consultant was so understanding and put me completely at ease. she was great at pulling the types of dresses i was looking for, it took the pressure off and helped me feel sure that i had seen all i needed to see before deciding on "the one." i loved my experience and can't wait for my dress to come in! thank you

when i first got to my appointment, Rawnaq the owner took time to get to know about me and the vision i had for my wedding. thankfully, I had saved many styles which i liked. I was very picky with what I wanted in my dress i was thankful she patiently walked me through the dresses and only pulled the ones i was interested in. i had been to one other bridal shop where the employees pulled tons of random dresses and i felt i needed to appease them by trying each one on. it was overwhelming and exhausting. that particular bridal shop made me feel like they were desperate to make a sale and didn’t care about the process. Rawnaq never once made me feel that pressure. she made the entire process stress-free. i really appreciate the sense of professionalism she brought to the table. in addition to the help and kindness, coordinating a time that worked for my schedule - and allowed my mom and sisters to attend as well - was one less element of stress i had to worry about because of their range in availability. their hours of operation are great for those who need some flexibility when scheduling an appointment, instead of being a place that closes the same time everyday. i am so grateful to have found my dress here and would 100% recommend this wonderful boutique to anyone and everyone! First of all I just want to say a big thank you from my heart to Rawnaq and Saj. They have been so kind and wonderful to my family and I. There is such a lovely variety of dresses for every girl at the boutique! As soon as I spotted the beautiful gown at Rawnaq Farris I knew this was the one for me! They are so accommodating and understanding of the style you are looking for and the budget you have in mind. In the end I bought my wedding gown, veil and jewellery as well as bespoke brides maids dresses for my three sisters. We love everything! I payed a visit to east shopping mall looking for my wedding dress. Every bridal store visited were very unprofessional and rude!! Then I saw Rawnaq Faris Boutique. I went in the owner and the designer Rawnaq Faris herself welcomed me. I told her the style of the wedding dress I'm after she payed so much attention to my requirements! Then recommend a whole new bridal look for me and I must say I was wowed!! She understood my personality and gave me my Dream wedding look!! I have never been so happy in my life! Just wanted to say a huge thank you for giving me my dream wedding dress! What can I say...I am speechless on how beautiful the dress was. Everyone who saw the dress in person and through photos was blown away and are still talking about it. I went to one or two other bridal stores to find a white dress but they were quite revealing and needed a number of adjustments. The other stores did not have many choices except for plain lace type of dresses and I was very worried in finding a decent dress in a short space of time. I never thought it would be possible to find what I was looking for and I'm glad that I walked in to Rawnaq's Boutique! As soon as I walked in, they were immediately welcoming and friendly staff on hand to help me. I spoke to Rawnaq about the type of style and vision that I was going for and she understood straight away and showed me a few dresses from the spring/summer range. We talked about the decor, theme and even the bouquet. There were so many wonderful options to choose from but I really fell in love with this champagne bridal dress. They ordered the sample dress into the store quickly and I was able to make further adjustments to it. We talked about the options regarding the sleeves, veil length and dress length. The process was easy and fun too! I finalised the order for my dress quickly. I live far from London making it harder to travel down however they worked with me to confirm one or two measurement details via Whatsapp. I was updated about the progress throughout the process. I admit that I was slightly nervous on how the dress would turn out but oh my gosh the wedding dress turned out so beautifully and exceeded my expectations! It was very much a Lebanese haute couture but so much more better! The embroidery detail at the bottom train all the way up to the corset/sleeves with the refined crystals and beaded work...wow! It fitted like a glove too. I tried looking for suitable jewellery with high quality crystals at a reasonable price however I ended up choosing from Rawnaq jewellery range. The jewellery was super sparkly and suited the dress so well. You're doing an amazing job helping girls find their dresses. Thank you again for everything and expect further referrals inshallah! Dear Rawnaq & Saj, I first walked in to your shop and had a glance, that day i saw my wedding dress! I told you im getting married in 3 weeks and I need this ASAP! They were already on it, got my measurements and told me to come back in 2 and half weeks and it would be ready! As the dress was coming from aboard there was a 2 day delay and I panicked and like all brides I become bridezella! And Brother Saj was like dont worry, I will get you your dress on time and honestly he did! And not only that they got my mum her dress sorted for my wedding too! Where do I begin with Rawnaq Faris, honestly lost for words… We went inside Rawnaq Faris just to browse around and realised that they have the most breath-taking dresses therefore had the mindset that they would be out of our budget purely based on how stunning the dresses were! When being approached by the staff there was an instant welcoming and kind atmosphere and they instantly worked around our needs and preferences which in our case was bridesmaids dresses. We were shown dresses that I very much described what I had envisioned and finalised our orders in maybe 15 minutes? I was SO scared of the colour we had chosen to go ahead with as it’s a very tricky yet unique colour to envision but honestly Rawnaq Faros did beyond what I expected and it came out just how it was meant to be, beautiful. There were eight bridesmaids in total and each dress was made to perfection. Also our dresses took only 3 WEEKS to come which was amazing as they had prepared our dresses earlier then we expected. Also communication and customer service was once again amazing as I was always alert about our dresses and updated throughout! I never write reviews but when it comes to something big as weddings it’s really important to trust people with something you envision yourself with whether you’re a bride or bridesmaid and Rawnaq Faris did that all and I know I can trust them! For future family weddings I know I’ll be coming back to them. (I come from a big family so there will be endless visits). Each bridesmaids were were truly stunned by the outcomes. I couldn’t be any happier! Thank you Rawnaq Faris!

Wow the best customer service ever!!!!!!!! I went with my sisters for our bridal appointment at Rawnaq Faris Boutique. On arriving I felt very nervous Rawnaq made me feel so welcome,comfortable and valued. She was so patient and really listened to me and recognised my individual needs. We left to think about our options and I returned again with my mother and sisters .Although I didn't have an appointment Rawnaq came straight to me and welcomed me ,and although it was extremely busy she made time for me and helped me to try on the dresses I had selected. I was very skeptical to order wedding dress online or without trying it on first. For some reason, one day I was on instagram just looking at the wedding dresses. Wwow is all I can say. From the moment I knew what style of dress I wanted, I knew that it would have to be a custom made dress. Choosing Rawnaq Faris to create my masterpiece vision was the best decision I’ve ever made. The risk was there with creating a bespoke piece but I had soooo much faith the dress would be perfect. Fast forward many months of whatsapping of ideas, flowers, beads, lace etc....it came to life from one idea. The dress was an absolute dream when I saw it. I didn't know what to expect when coming for my dress and was really nervous (even though i honestly knew they would do an amazing job after seeing all their amazing dresses up close and personally) but my nikkah dress has beyond exceeded any expectations i had😭😍😍 ive fallen in love, my family have fallen in love we were all just unable to comprehend. It's more beautiful than I imagined exactly how I wanted it very modest and elegant!
