I shopped in this shop for my grad's day. I have been assisted by a sale assistant called Saba, who was very gentle and kind, assisted me with the best outfit for my special day while store manager, Monica, was very good at advising and boosted me and I could get the best of the best one! Overall this was the best service I have ever got. Thankyou!

Other reviews must be pretty old as I was at the store today and I had the pleasure to deal with the staff there which I have found extremely helpful, positive and kind. Especially Judika she really know how to let feel a new customer comfortable. I went to collect a shirt purchased on line and I went out with a new coat.. Sales assistants does still make a lot of difference.. I ll definitely shop there again. ;-)

I own a dry cleaning business and often we have to make contact with retailers. Usually the time spent in dealing with modern retailers is long winded and inefficient. Recently I had to deal with Reiss, specifically with the Kensington and Birmingham branches. Initially dealing with Grace, the manager at Kensington, I was highly impressed with the manner in which my queries were handled - she sent up an item for me to the Birmingham branch, where I collected it on the day that I explained I would visit. On entering Birmingham, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and knew what I was there for. This may seem like normal and expected behaviour but rarely can you hold confidence in high street retailers to do what they say they would do, or be helpful to satisfactory levels of expectations. As a retailer myself, I would be proud if my organisation was as warm, welcoming polite and effective as the two shops I had the pleasure in dealing with.

Like Reiss for their smart, directional style but this store is too small, and if you go down to the men's section, you're followed. I hate that the mirror is outside the changing room. Stop trying to make customers uncomfortable!

Nice contemporary clothes selection but this shop needs to be better organized as I spent extra time looking for clothes meant to be in a different section than labelled!
