Nice store not the largest but has most of the products, its clean and helpful staff.

Ordered dress from new collection online on 30 November 2021 and collected in store today. When I was approached by staff member, I mentioned collecting an online order, got served immediately.

Well managed store. The manager is always so nice and professional and was hugely missed during her time away on maternity 😊🤗. Only issue I have is with the jackets/ coats. In general, I love buying the clothes from River island, but the buttons are not very well attached to the jackets and keep falling off after a few days of purchase. Please could you look into this quality issue🙏

I've not been inside a River Island in years and this firstgander after years was a little disappointing.bThe outside looks quite nice but as with quite a lot of shops currently, the inside might be looking a bit haphazard. The staff at the till, Noor/Nur, was very sweet and helpful. There is a good variety of things that are not on sale. The sale on the other hand was a bit dismal.

Great store, organised very well and the staff are friendly but not overkill which is nice. Very natural feel between the team in there. Keep it up ! I was assisted and served by a 6ft+ handsome dark gentleman who has great banter.
