CJ was the best--super patient with me in the fitting room (sometimes us ladies gotta get sports bra fitted--and she nailed it!). Store was quite busy but the team there managed to make you feel like they're not super busy, and you get all the attention you need from start to finish. Well done Carnaby team and CJ!

I love the options on styles and sizes and colour range which is seasonal. The clothes wash really well without fading -I had some of the legging for years and they still wear like new without loss of stretch 👍

I've been to quite a few of the Sweaty Betty stores around the U.K. and this is one of the best laid out. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, more than happy to help and offer advice. Sweaty Betty clothing is activewear but can equally be worn as 'day wear'. Excellent quality clothing that lasts. They also do international shipping which I have relied on for years, so nice to finally be able to browse the products for real!

Sweaty Betty has become my daily clothing for sports, leisure and work. Super-comfy quality clothing, really great quality and lasts for ages. I wouldn’t wear anything else! There are also some great perks in the local shops when I show my Sweaty Betty membership card, plus the Carnaby Street store has really varied and interesting workshops on Wednesdays focussed around nutrition and well-being.

I went here to get a ski outfit. Because I am that all-the-gear-no-idea person! I love the salopettes. They have braces but you can also unzip the top half of you only want the trousers. I also bought their thermal set, which not only looks the part but does the job too. I did go a bit overboard at this point and get the goggles and snood too, but I know they’ll last as they are such good quality. Also, the brand doesn’t change the colours too much so if you need to replace a coat etc. It will still match the gear you bought three seasons ago. The service was really friendly and not too in your face. Some places you’ll find, especially when the shop is quiet, that they just pounce on you as soon as you have one foot in the door. These girls appeared really genuine and were really helpful explaining the product. Also, the other great thing about Sweaty Betty, if you’ve signed up, they will store all your purchased on a central system. So when I couldn’t be bothered to try the leggings on, they were able to search the size I had bought previously. Another great thing about Sweat Betty is that you’ll find some of their stores host classes!

Absolutely delighted to shop there! Getting a proper sports bra was usually a hurdle for me until I went to Sweaty Betty and met Hannah. She is so sweet, she made getting a new sport bra easy going extra mile and communicating effectively! :)

Staff are incredibly helpful without being overbearing. We were greeted upon entering, but no one overwhelmed us by trying to sell. My friend asked a lady for assistance and she was really knowledgeable about the store and brand, offering plenty of advice and information. She also stored her details on their system so it would remember her size. Their clothes feel really high quality. They're expensive, but they'll be durable. If you're a dedicated gym-goer, then you could treat yourself to some SB clothes for long-term fitness. Bonus: they have chairs in the fitting room area, which are super comfy. There's also some books!

A great store! The lower ground houses classes- has showers (fantastic showers btw!) and great toiletries if you book a class. Their not cheap but they are very well run. The lockers are cute, not so easy to use but free to borrow. The main floor has the brands clothes- I think could have more clothes personally- they need another store to add on! But a nice little selection with changing rooms. Staff are helpful and friendly if you need any advice. The first floor has a cafe (great food, not cheap but nice and very trendy/healthy vibe- things like black water and green juice...interesting if you'd ever seen it online and wanted to know what it tastes like but at £5 a bottle it's a bit of an investment when Boots is just next door but one... The first floor also has a hair styling salon for getting new styles. They wont cut your hair but they will style it well. The cafe and hair bar are different brands to Sweaty Betty but still just as friendly. Recommended for a girly brunch of afternoon out. Not a cheap day out but a well spent one.

Excellent shop for women’s sportswear. Carnaby st staff were really helpful. Wife loves the clothing as it fits well, supports her in the right places and lasts because of the quality.

I booked a class on ClassPass (bums and tums or something like that) and will never regret it. The class was busy and maybe a bit too much but it was a really good workout. I didnt feel it at first - not this kind of HIIT when you can't walk after that; but I definitely felt my glutes did work the following day. Special mention to their amazing shampoos and shower gels which smell and feel like heaven. Really good class. I look forward to try more different classes and see what's best.

I love the store and they offer amazing and trendy activewear. The studio has classes of all types and the are lockers and showers

+ : I discovered this shop recently and I fall in love with it - the staff is helpful, clothes are really nice and fit well. If you become a member, you can also get 10% off on the sale price and you have access to their two evening yoga class. - : the price... ouch it's a little bit overpriced... come during the sale, it's more reasonable ! And their class are full extremely quickly !!

Sweaty Betty do lovely pieces for lots of disciplines from running, swimming, yoga to dance and a lot of stuff that work for all. It's in the name that they encourage sweating! The staff were really nice and friendly and we had a little chat about fitness trends and classes in the area and where we all go to do yoga. They hold free classes too which I'm really keen to head along to. Only thing I'd say is I wish they did a selection of their tops in a shorter length for petite ladies - some of them look more like a dress on me!

Sweaty Betty Soho turns into quite a sporty place on Mondays with Yoga classes. It's a really cool place to take yoga classes as you're still in the heart of London so you can shop/eat after. It's a small intimate venue to work out though, so you get attention from the teacher. I like their yoga classes.

Sweaty Betty are fantastic for quality exercise garments. They are on the pricey side of things but are when compared with competitors like Lulu Lemon, Sweaty Betty's prices seem quiet reasonable. A little like Top Gear - after they spend the whole episode talking about Ferraris and Aston Martins a £50,000 price tag for a car seems cheap. Ferrari don't do free run clubs and yoga classes though! Sweaty Betty are a brand with real likeability, they do some really attractive print items and their staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. Top tip for yoga teachers - if you can provide proof of your credentials you can avail of a hefty discount and a swanky Sweaty Betty VIP card!
