N. M.A good branch of the brand and if you can't find your size on a rail, then a quick call upstairs and miraculously it appears (happened twice for me!). We visited during a sale so we felt we got a couple of bargains.
t.Customer service was 110% - some of the best shop staff I have ever come across. They went out of their way to find a smaller size in a coat I really wanted - phoning round other stores, checking online and in their own stock.
S. A.I had a wonderful experience at the Regent Street store today. I was served by Michaela, who was super helpful and friendly. She helped me pick out some dresses and also gave great styling tips. The changing rooms are nice, roomy, plush and clean. Staff are very attentive and are always on hand to help and give fitting advice. I bought several beautiful dresses from here on this occasion and I’m very happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend visiting the store and trying on the dresses as they look so much better on. I will definitely return in the near future. Well done Ted Baker team, keep it up! Thanks for proving a great shopping experience
