Went to Ted’s Grooming on Cheapside and got the best line up on my beard and wet shave. I can’t remember the barbers name (maybe Hussain), and everything was so clean and fresh. Even did my head and I didn’t have the shave again for 4 days. Felt properly pampered! Definitely will go back.

Excellent shellac manicure. Friendly, interesting staff. The best thing about the manicure is the quality - they always last such a long time & definitely worth the price. Good range of colours & the staff are always willing to try your ideas. Diana painted my nails in leopard print!

Amazing experience and a proper haircut. These guys are pros and get it right every time. The hair cut itself is high quality but it’s the other little things (Turkish coffee, massage, hot towel treatment) that make the experience great. I would recommend the One New Change location and in particular Redouane is worth seeing if you can get him.

Excellent barber shop, relaxing environment and great customer service. I've been having my hair cut by Duran (who is an exceptional barber) for 3 years now - his cut is always spot on and the level if detail is superb.

The cut - Sharp and smart. Whether traditional for work or edgy for holiday it always looks on point. Traditional techniques make for a relaxing experience and a perfect cut from barbers who really know how to make you look your best. The service - Great team. Friendly guys who take their time over their craft. Gets very busy and city w*nkers try to rush them but I've never had a hurried cut. They always make you feel like you're their best customer which is the mark of great customer service!

I've been getting my hair cut here for over a year now, and I make the trip from Canary Wharf.The guys are always friendly and welcoming. My barber goes above and beyond in making sure im comfy and looked after. Try the Turkish coffee and it's worth a little wait if busy.

Attempted to put this up via Trip Advisor but couldn't find the site! Went into the grooming room in St Paul Cheapside with the intention of getting a quick cut but left with a quality cut and with a weight off my shoulders. Incredibly impressive professional set up and relaxed environment set me at ease immediately and I was seen to promptly. My stylist, Ayhan Kalkan, was attentive, knowledgeable and incredibly skilled with a razor. The obvious distinction was that this gent loved his work and you could clearly see it. 100% recommend and will be back as soon as I can. Shane.

As a lover of Ted Baker I am very happy having this store close to work. It's a relatively big store and they got Ted Grooming room in store as well. The staff is helpful and friendly and many Ted lines are available in store, mainly the less casual designs in this location and not all the shoe lines. You can find here most accessories designed by Ted. That's my preferred store for colleague presents and small self treats. Some times I just wish they had even more.

Ted's Grooming Room is a good balance between London's budget and high-end salons. Their prices just went up a bit but are still reasonable (under £30 for a haircut). Ask for a Turkish coffee when you arrive. Be prepared to wait, as I've seen the queue be as long as 45 minutes.

Go and get a full 'Ted' service! I asked the boy where is the best place in town to go for a man treat? Without hesitation he said Ted's Grooming Room in Cheapside. On the side of the Ted Baker shop is a Turkish style barbers and apparently the full 'Ted' service is a great treat for a guy and in my opinion leaves you looking very dapper. The full 'Ted' service includes a haircut, a cut throat shave, arm and head massage, neck fluff removal, eyebrow trimming, ear flaming and threading. The boy says, 'It's so good, it's addictive.'
