S. t.Really cool place as always, but staff just slightly over you care about everything, yes this is good, but not too much isn't it?! However very nice experience, by the way very interesting deals obviously accordingly with the standards of this shop
u.Absolutely the best shopping experience ever.. I took wife out for birthday.. Popped into PASSION and the staff were completely attentive and honest.. bought some items and then to top it all off..the staff then sang happy birthday.. Looks like a great team with excellent management.
L. J.Love the brand, however I find the store availablity poor, staff stuck-up, also refund policy not great 14 days for refund, 20 something days for exchange but if they don't have it in stock you will end up with 100s of pound in gift card.... Not ideal in my opinion

P. G.No matter how busy they are, there's always someone at hand to help you. The changing room staff are very honest and super friendly. Its my favourite shop and I always pop in, even if I have zero plans to purchase. They often have events going on inside, providing free drinks and music to build on the experience of shopping in here.
