Had a great experience from Edwin & Juicy at Ted Baker’s. I was desperately trying to find a jacket in a popular size which Edwin managed to find for me. Amazing level of service, everything was arranged & I was greeted by name when I arrived by Juicy & her colleague. Friendly & helpful throughout my visit. A bench mark in customer service. Small shop but lots of choice of clothes and accessories. You'll find this shop is situated inside St Pancras with a wide choice of other shops. It was very easy to find. Staff were very helpful :)
