V. L.A big thank you to Ishani for being so polite, professional, knowledgable and helpful! I am expecting my first niece so a very special moment. I went to the store to get some ideas as to what I can get for my niece as a special memorable gift as it would be the first gift I would give her! Ishani from the beginning spoke to me in a very pleasant manner where she spent abundant time advising me as well as showing me the different products mentioning factors which I had no prior knowledge about! You would think that she was the company CEO by the manner in which she represents the brand and she does not push any sales or make herself look important! She is a very humble individual who likes to help! I would highly recommend her! Thank you Ishani! Keep safe from COVID!
D.The hydro cotton bathrobe I bought is excellent quality as well as duvets and pillows. However, I would not recommend their reed diffusers as the smell will not actually spread around the room which is ridiculous for the price. Customer service not great, staff are not kind and welcoming.
