Spectacular variety of all styles of shoes. The staff is brilliant and the shoes are really comfortable and durable. When evaluating price - always take in consideration the quality, durability and comfort. That's Tod's - not traditional by accident.

Unlike other high fashion brands, my opinion of Tod's remains largely positive. Tod's harbours an organised aesthetic throughout with thought-out item distribution. Moreover, staff is knowledgeable of the product, collection, and is able to suggest compatible wear. Psychologically: staff is aware of when to engage and likewise when to disengage to mitigate and/or preserve the client relationship, which I greatly appreciated. When I needed a member of staff I was tended to and when I required solace I was abided. Overall it was a good, non-intrusive, and lucrative shopping experience.

Not only are the shoes beautiful, but the store is as well with an ample men's selection. For those looking for quality, Italian-designed, beautiful sneakers and shoes for men or women, Tod's has you covered. For us men, you'll find casual shoes and sneakers on the main floor and dress shoes, loafers/drivers and clothing on the lower level. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and if you're visiting from overseas, they will help you with tax rebate forms.

A staff call "Pin" has excellent service which is out of my expectation. I came to the shop to buy a pair of shoe, however stocks are not available. I was desperate to buy that shoes since I come from Hong Kong long way to the UK. She provide alternatives for me rather than saying "sorry we don't have, goodbye". She helped me to check for stocks in other countries to see whether stocks are available. Luckily there are stocks in somewhere else. She arrange the shoe and ship from another country to Hong Kong. I told her that I would like to receive the shoes in Christmas. Even the shipment was not smooth, she keep on updating me the progress. At last I did receive the shoes in Boxing Day!!! Pin is a responsible and reliable person . Excellent service! I definitely would write an email to praise her! Thank you so much Pin!!!

I lost a zip tag on my bag and I have to say that Rolandas at the bond Street branch has exceeded my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he made suggestions on what I could use, sent photos of what was available and kept me informed throughout. His excellent customer service is second to none ( friendly, yet professional manner and resilience in trying to resolve for me) Thank you Rolandas you are an asset to Tods Julie - a very happy customer who will definately buy from Tods again. I recently had a very minor issue with the Tods shoes that I bought from London Old Bond Street. In short, I dealt with Rolandas, who went above and beyond what is expected. He is a credit to Tods and handled the situation seamlessly, extremely promptly and I would go back to this one shop for my next purchase just because of this positive experience. I am now with a great pair of shoes, and a very happy customer.
