Charlotte is brilliant with my son, keeps him clam while cutting hes hair. She has done a fantastic job on my sons hair and would recommend her to cut your kids hair. Excelent service from start to finish, the way she communicates with the children is just fantasic. Will Definitely be bring my son back to her.

The staff were PHENOMENAL!!! My daughter loved every second - I got to keep a lock of hair and a little certificate. Plus stickers and they even gave her an "Elsa braid" will go back as long as they will take her! Thank you SO MUCH!

Great haircut for my little boy, the lady that did his cut was lovely and he got distracted with the fish from their huge aquarium, you can see the before and after, I loved that she didn't cut too much as we like it long but he needed a tidy up

My son had an appointment this morning at the London Westfield Trotters hairdressers with Charlotte. It was his first cut, Charlotte was really polite, gentle and understanding having met my son's needs. He wasn't comfortable at first but then settled in nicely whilst playing with a toy car given to him by Charlotte and watching the fishes in the aquarium. My son was given a certificate with a the first cut of his hair with it which i thought was cute. I would highly recommend Charlotte, a big thank you and well done!!

This shop is a Great place for your baby’s first professional haircut. The hairdresser named Nadine was lovely and she done an amazing job considering my baby is only 8months old and very wriggly. We were happy with the end result as You also get a certificate with your childs first lock of hair.

Its a cute children clothing as well as hair dressing saloon. Mainly went for my son's hair cutting and they did a good job. Had booked an appointment and we were there on time and they hair dresser was free and waiting for us at that particular time. They also have few collection of apparels and footwear for the children. Also saw few soft toys and story books.

From my experience hairdressers are really professional also I wanted hair style according picture and they did hair cut for my boys perfectly! I can only recommend if you want hair style for your child go there even is not expensive.

My dear son has autism and I contacted head office to enquire as to whether the hairdressers here had any experience with children like him. I was told that a lady called Soulla was confident, and was promptly booked in with her the next day. I cannot rate the experience highly enough. We started dead on time, and Soulla made the whole thing as painless as possible. We are so used to hairdressers shying away as soon as my son gets a little upset, but Soulla added all the finishing touches and I can honestly say it is the best-looking haircut my son has ever had. We are so relieved to finally find a hairdresser for our little boy. We will most definitely be back, highly recommended to everybody. Thank you so very much, Soulla and the Trotters team!

Nice range of heritage style clothes. Collection of toys for babies and toddlers, although most can be found in rival stores/online for less. The Westfield White City store has a model plane children can sit on in the shoe section. Not a fan of the hairdresser's. Each time they've not quite cut my son's hair as requested, first was ok but second time a complete mess. Booked there as my son can be quite anxious and thought the fishtank would be a good distraction. Didn't really work, half the time he wasn't facing the tank and the hair section is in the middle of the busy shop floor - defeated the object. Wouldn't recommend.

I don't call in here very often, mostly because their style of clothing wouldn't be my first choice for my granddaughter. However their own make footwear Hamptons are very reasonably priced, are well made and also as a bonus happen to suit children with slim feet. Always worth visiting at sale time to pick up a pair of playful plimsolls in a selection of colours. They do Jane style ones with barstraps and easy put on ones without laces. School shoes are obviously sold here too. The one thing you can guarantee once you've caught a sales persons attention is that your child's feet will be measured properly and they will be allowed to walk up and down in them to make sure they fit and that they are comfortable. We've always had great customer service here but then we haven't attempted to visit when it's peak time with an overflow of impatient shoppers. Please folks exercise some patience. There is some fun seating to entertain you while you wait. Or browse through some of the accessories, do anything other than complain unless it's absolutely merited.

Hairdressers are great and very professional, however my recent experience with the staff regarding kids shoes has not been matching expectations... basically didn't want to go the extra mile as the shop was closing 10 minutes later, they even suggested that I should measure my child's feet myself...

We took our son to Trotters Westfield to have his first hair cut, he is 3 so he has very long hair and it was a huge deal to us. We met with Sarah who was amazingly helpful in guiding us and helping us to book an appointment with on of the hairdressers. Sarah introduces us to Soulla who explained the process booked us a longer appointment due to our son having very long hair. Soulla was BRILLIANT, she was extremely professional but she knew how to enterain the little one he didnt cry one bit, Soulla knew exactly what would suit him, she was so gentle but speedy. Really grateful to having been helped by two wonderful staff. I have to stress we were very nervous this was a really emotional step for us yet the team made it so much more smoother. If you are in the Westfield I recommend Soulla for the haircuts and Sarah to assist you on the shop floor! Amazing team. Kind regards.

Worth visiting for the first child's haircut. Nevertheless they use normal, sharp tools and do not have many things to focus toddler's attention during the cutting...On the other hand they give a certificate.

Very child friendly and helpful. We had to exchange our nearly 3 year old's shoes and the shoes had gone past the exchange date. However they were very considerate to still exchange it and also made sure we got the right fitting for the shoes.

It is a lovely store for young children clothings. All types of fashionable readymade children clothings is the speciality of this store. This store is in side the west field shopping areas. This is the most preferred option for children wear. Staff is very very cooperative. All types of cards are also accepted here.
