After returning a few sizes as the jackets run very big! I'm not a small man, usually a medium fits me. Ended up with an × Small. Which is still a little big. It's a lovely jacket, and I'm very happy with it. However, after a week of wearing it, the stitching came apart in 5 different places!!! Not well made! Now having to foot the bill for a tailor to restitch it! Not what I'd want or expect from a jacket of £400+!

Super Service today from the team. Called and said because of a delayed wedding the suit I had brought for my son was now too small and told them the details of the suit. They had the size I needed in stock, drove down there and exchanged the suit with no drama and no stress. Great service and lovely guys all round

I was a bit hesitant buying a suit online but I will definitely use TruClothing again. Great service on a return and love the suit I bought. The first suit I bought I changed the options for different Trouser size and ended up buying the wrong size Blazer/Waistcoat. I only had a few days before the event so instead of opting to do an exchange I bought the correct size and contacted them about a return. They got back to me withing 24hrs and I was able to set up a free return label as my order was over £50. Within 24 hours of sending that one back I was contacted to confirm I would be refunded, and the next day the money was in the bank. New suit fit perfect and looks great. I'm very happy with the suit and the service.

Tru clothing have been outstanding with thier customer service, delivery and quality of thier products. I've ordered 3 suites for my wedding from them and they fit perfectly, I've also been in contact with them over the phone to order different sizes in one of the suits and they have been brilliant in everyway. Brilliant Company and service, i can buy with confidence as i had good experience due to free returns on items over £50, normally i dont like buying clothes online as many times size has been incorrect and iv'e had to either keep the item and give to someone else for free or had to return item and pay return postage with nothing to show in the end, but with this company i bought a leather jacket, first time size was a bit too tight around the chest so exchanged it with free returns for a larger size, the larger size was perfect fit except for the cuffs which came up to my knuckles , so had to return for full refund, and the whole experience/process did not cost me a penny, exchange and refund was offered promptly with no questions asked, my emails were replied back to within a working day, all around brilliant experience, normally i dont waste time writing reviews but due to the good experience with this company i thought the least i could do is write a good review. I would say that buy with confidence from this company especially if item purchased is over £50 as you can return back or exchange for free if fit is no good or if you dont like the item, also another reason to buy is the prices which are very competitive and much cheaper than other companies selling similar items.

I ordered 2 suits. Both arrived the following day However I ordered the wrong size didn’t I ... 😖 Both suits were too small for me which is a pain in the *** I don’t like sending items back for exchange - and then having to wait for the next size up to arrive. However with tru clothing It only took me 4 days ! - to return and get a further redelivery of the same suits one size up! I must say I am very impressed with there selection of suits and the prices are very reasonable. The service is fantastic. I never write reviews but after last nights works party ... 🙄 Marc darcy pinstripe blue ! 😮 Red interior trim 😧 blue waistcoat 🤭 with shinny black shoes !😦 New blue leather belt 😬 Looked the bomb 💣 felt unstoppable If I could - I would of got a new haircut from them aswell but they don’t do those Got one elsewhere thought didn’t I 🤗 Unstoppable that night I was. I have since placed a second order - ofcourse. Get me some more of them suits, I say.
