This is a great unqilo location in Westfield. They have a very large mens section upstairs with all the basics you would need with a great selection. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The changing rooms were every spacious and the staff accommodating. I saw they offer free alterations on some trousers which is amazing! I would definitely recommend this store and I prefer it to the Regent Street location.

Nice clothing they do but they have way too many people watching shoppers but not many people checking the price tags. Some sale prices were being sold at normal standard price and you go and check and ask for refund, its just too much time wasted.

Modern and high tech checkouts - place bag with clothes and it automatically scans everything accurately. Female Staff was very helpful and friendly. Sales clearly highlighted and good distancing within store.

Online orders can’t be returned in store, has to be posted back to Uniqlo and they will charge you postage fee for the parcel to go back. So it’s better to shop in store, Uniqlo doesn’t do their online shopping policy as good as other retailers. Also clothes bought from one store can not be returned to a different store, has to go back to the original place to return. This policy is also different from most other retailers and together with the online shopping policy makes it less convenient than its competitors.

Really impressed with the new checkout. Just drop shopping in checkout tub and no scanning to do. Totals calculated super quick. Fast checkout times too with minimal waiting to pay for goods.

Easily my favourite place to buy clothes. Sizes always decent and service is always helpful. Design is quality and style is assured as everything there is as simplistic yet sophisticated as you can get. I like both their indoor and outdoor wear. Jackets are awesome due to their quality. Very organized store, with lots of options for women/men/children with fitting rooms. Basic design with a modern twist yet effective pieces. No staff trying to make pressure for you to buy. You are free to browse and make your decisions with no problem. Some pieces comes in a package, but you have "testers" to feel the fabric and check sizes.

I have always really liked this store. Recently, though, they seem to be stocking clothing for the Amish. I still managed to find stuff I liked though. I do wish they'd stop with the revolting down coats and use alternatives. They are major contributors to the cruel and horrific treatment of feathered creatures. There's no need any more.

This store has a lot of great clothing items. Gets very busy at particular times, so be careful about that, but I've never been unhappy with something from here.

Love the store and their products, however twice on seperate occassions I've been here someone has tried to get into my changing room with me, ignoring the closed curtains. The previous time I was pretty shaken as they touched my backside through the curtain. The people working there didn't reprimand the person and don't pay attention who goes in and out of the changing rooms. Please Uniqlo make sure to train your staff to be more vigilant with this, so we don't have to feel unsafe in your changing rooms.

I am a Uniqlo fan however compared to the flag ship store on Oxford St, the Westfield store is limited in its product range for men. I also dislike some of its narrow aisles which should be frowned upon for individuals who require wheelchair access. This is more apparent in the men's wear section and would be off putting for most people. As for the clothes that rock, just the shopping experience isn't that great.

Hmm - m Black Friday Kaws and Peanut launch, seriously underwhelming. I was first through into my branch at 8 am, clad in my AC/ DC Snoopy T- Shirt and special edition Vans yet l find no enthusiastic staff dressed in the new stock and l was expecting someone dressed as Snoopy to spring out from somewhere, anywhere. I'm so glad l didn't take my granddaughter. She would have been very disappointed. Please guys when promoting animated characters get into the spirit of the thing. That's not to detract from the delight of acquiring a special edition Kaws Snoopy toy and T shirts plus my free Kaws drawstring bag. Elsewhere in store reductions of £5 - £10 are fairly standard, not really Black Friday specials though the website will mislead you on that. Top tips. Shop early in the week when fitting rooms aren't crowded. Don't compromise on sizes, click and collect in store from website orders. If you're small, cash in on kids aged 13 sizes and check out the branch near John Lewis in Oxford Street because it has different choices particularly in accessories and slipper boots as opposed to slipper shoes.
