This is a store you should absolutely go to. They have a great selection of clothes you’ll wear every day. Looks of neutrals. And they’re at great prices too. Lots of staff around to help. Escalator only goes to the upper level. You have to walk down/up stairs to get to the lower level.

Superb experience visiting this store. The products are stunning and the prices aren’t too bad. Every single sales person I approached was ready to help, friendly and professional. My only disappointment was that there wasn’t enough choices for formal ladies trousers. Conveniently located with access to public transport

Cramped and unpleasant, even with few customers in. Not enough mirrors, and the oh-so-clever automatic checkouts don't work correctly. But the staff are nice and the clothes are excellent - it's the place to go for good-value basics, much better now than M&S - so it may be just about worth the pain. Busy store . It's a popular brand . Didn't like the layout . But I am a fan of this brand . My favourite store is in Westfield's , shepherd's Bush . The layout is a lot more user friendly and you have space to appreciate the clothes . The Oxford Street branch felt crammed full of clothes . Shop with good layout, many products and sizes can be found in this store. And I am so happy to see Express Checkout and I witnessed how clear is the checkout machine. Decent range of clothing. The ground floor though feels particularly tight for space when moving about with your shopping. The staff were nice, did my jeans alterations that's day. Purchased jeans at 2pm, done by 4:45pm.

Friendly and efficient service. Always has great lighting and a large collection of socks in both pastel and sensible colours , although - be warned - they frequently seem to change the store layout. Men’s socks used to be in the basement but are now on first floor. You’re able to get electronic receipts emailed to you on demand via a touch screen at the till.

Absolutely great shop with nice section of minimal stye clothes which are comfortable and durable. They also offer free tailoring on certain products. I purchased two pairs of jeans which were not only the most comfortable I’ve owned, but they adjusted the length for no extra charge!! And I was able to pick them up same day only a few hours later. Will be returning here!

Visited during weekend. Due to Covid19 there usual heavy crowds in Oxford Street were not present. Made for a calm shopping experience. All staff were masks and store was well laid out. Shame there was no hand sanitizer upon entry.

One of my favourite store, however today I found a bad customer service. Shop assistants must be quite unhappy and dissatisfied there. I called twice for assistance while in the fitting room and none of the staff members responded despite being at one inch away from me, completely ignored. Another member of staff to whom I needed to ask for information made me wait because she had to do 'something else', she looked like she did not care at all. That's such a shame that customer service is so neglected. Management should look at the root cause if they want regular customer to go back shopping.

I love this store, as with the brand in general it's good quality clothes, with a lot of versatility of styles and at a good price. It's well staffed and the service is great, I especially love the till scanners that can detect the clothes being bought in bulk without having to scan each bar code. I also like that there are multiple places around the store to grab baskets from if you need it, oh and plenty of mirrors! The layout is logical and fairly easy to navigate, but some of the displays get messy quickly, or they have two very similar clothing displays next to each other without clear differentiation which is confusing (I bought a short sleeve jumper by accident as the picture and label stated it was long sleeves). Would highly recommend for a shopping trip!

Sometimes I am dressed head to toe by these shops. not the cheapest on the high street, but their clothes do last well.I have some winter shirts that have lasted 7 pr more years,still good for the cooler months. the end of season sales can give you real value.

Uniqlo is one of my favourite clothing stores to visit. They have a range of clothes for all sizes, obviously. The selection of clothes vary from seasons and it's a really good place to go if you want to pick up a some outfits. The clothes are of high quality with their own "technology" to keep wind away and to contain heat etc. The prices are reasonable for the quality they offer and the clothes' designs are really good too. I would definitely recommend this place to go.

The store doesn't have a particularly good 'flow' to it, and I overheard a few people get confused as to whether they were looking at male or female coats.

Some weeks ago, end of August, we (my wife, son and I) spent a great week in London and visited this store to buy some jackets. The XXL sizes were not in stock but could be ordered online and would likely be delivered the next day as staff people told us. We had some problems ordering online but were guided all the way by one of the supervisors, Derick. His patience, his professionalism, were of an outstanding high level that we seldom have experienced in the past. Thank you so much, Deric, thank you so much Uniqlo!

The quality and sizing of the collection varies from season to season, and customer service is a bit hit and miss -- on my last visit no-one could tell me if the free alteration to trouser length could be done. However. I love their "heatec" range of winter layers; and have worn out three pairs of their skinny stretch jeans. I went in to buy new ones but came away without, disappointed by fabric and fit.

As you all know this is the place to pick up reasonably priced Japanese clothes. It's great to get some thermal clothing in winter with their HeatTech style ranged clothing, will keep you nice and warm without sweating. This store is set over 3 floors and has a good selection of items. It's a handy location if you are on Oxford St shopping too. I came recently for a free t-shirt that they were giving out as a promo and the queue even though long was pretty fast. So I can imagine you won't be standing around for too long.

Really good value, high quality clothes. Both my partner and I shop here and it's our favourite clothes shop. Much better than overpriced Topshop and other high street shops. It's great for basics: T-shirts, cardigans, jeans, shirts, hoodies etc. The hoodies here are so comfy and cozy. I love their jean leggings (jeggings?). Would highly recommend!

This store is a little smaller than the other Oxford Street branch but still has a wide variety of stock. They could probably do with more fitting space and cashiers, as there always seems to be a queue. If you're in a hurry maybe consider the other two stores nearby.

This store is fairly big and has a great selection of their ranges. The layout and space on ground floor can become quite cramped when they're busy, so I'd avoid the peak shopping seasons myself.

Hey..where else can you buy a fairly good quality pair for jeans, a shirt, a jumper, a jacket top, all under £80..and cheaper still when they are discounted?! 'Stack 'em high, 'n sell 'email cheap' as they say..but quality is really good!( unlike Primark..where I have never shopped at, but is like a madhouse, one and only time I poked my nose in one of their shops!). I use all the Uniqlo stores in London.

Uniqlo in and of itself is one of my favourite stores, but this flagship store always seems to be in disarray due to the enormous amounts of people visiting. I recommend going to the store in High Street Kensington if you want to have a quieter shopping experience.

Had a little time for xmas shopping at the weekend so i popped into my fav little shop for great basics. Again didn't take me long to find what i needed. This isn't a H&M or Zara but its a shop that does amazing basics that last and are non-fashion. I mean Japanese selvedge denim for £69, you really can't go wrong and the light weight down jackets are my fav item. I will be telling santa where to get my presents from for xmas.. :)
