H. Y. W.We are fans of UNIQLO and its one of our go-to places when we visit a new city if there is one. The decor of this location is smaller than the one located on Oxford Street but it's still pretty cozy & organized to shop.
The staff was friendly, welcoming and helped us with sizes & styles quickly. We bought 2 packs of heattech shirt since it's chilly in London by using the self check-out counter and all process went smoothly.
J.Lovely large store, with a huge selection, nice range of products both men and women. Lovely staff members. The great thing is the pricing, seriously well priced, infact low prices and extremely high quality clothing. Very impressed
P. B.My fave clothing store/Brand. Quality throughout. No fast fashion in fact the technology the garments are designed around is both clever and long lasting. Even like the way you drop your arm full of clothes into the self check out tills and it's all scanned instantly! The alterations service is Great as well. Great job UNIQLO. Nice one.
M.Uniqlo is one of my favourite shops and the regent Street one is great. Large and has everything you'd need. Spread over two floors the staff are friendly and the changing rooms are clean. The self service till with the auto scan are a total game changer, best way to shop. Could not recommend this place enough. The heat tech is amazing, better than nike, under armour, or any other top brand.

Uniqlo can be slightly pricey however, the material of every product is always worth the price. Long lasting and have a pleasing tactile quality to every touch from coats, to underwear, jeans etc.

r.it was my first time shopping here and well what can i say this is an amazing store/brand. clothes are relatively cheap and there seems to be a sale going on with different clothes. the material of clothing is excellent and their is a wide range of styles

Always go for this brand when in need of a basic piece. Love their tops and cardigans.
The shops are well organised and you can always find what you need. Plenty of shops as well, could not miss it.
If in doubt go to them for basics and knitwear,you can't go wrong.

A. L.Went in to pick up a pre ordered shirt, that went well and on the way out saw a stand with oversized tshirts on sale picked up 2 and went downstairs to purchase. The WiFi goes down, 3 tills for around 30 people queuing and one, yes one card reader. Queue for 20 mins only to be told that the tshirts aren't on offer. Turns out the only colours not on offer are the ones on the top shelf, even though there is a large sign which seems a bit like false advertising. The APP also promised £5 off for signing up. Fantastic I thought, something at least, cheered me up. Only to be further dissapointed at the till, only applies to over 40 pounds, this was in the smallest print known to man, which I was unable to read as my magnifying glass was in my other trousers.
Anyway left the items as the heat and time wasted was draining and I wasn't going to hold the queue up any further.
Get to the door the sealed package containing the shirt sets the alarm off, without saying a word the security guard takes the package and starts doing something extremely slowly, I am stood with my arms crossed and silently meditating under my surgical mask. He finishes what he had to do once again without a word being spoken and I leave.
I will never get those 30 minutes of my life back, on the plus side the shirt is nice.

F. A.A very good brand, don’t get me wrong, I love them everyday. But with this store’s location, you won’t get a very nice shopping experience because there’s simply too many people in there. I hate this type of methods but I really think Uniqlo should do what those luxury brands are doing with their retail store and have people queue up to go in. You can wait up to 30mins for the fitting room in busy time, which to me is insane!

N. F.Great place to shop for basic wardrobe items: style on a budget. Their signature, ultra-light down jackets come in an impressive range of colours and styles, and are so useful and easy to wear. It can get very busy at peak times, for example, some Saturday afternoons, when the queue at the cash tills can snake around the shop; however, the queue moves fast.

M. Y.This place is a little on the expensive side, but I think it is worth it. Their styles are unique and it isn't the same as what you will find at every other shop on the high street. I strongly recommend visiting when there's a sale.
They have clothes for women, men and kids so there will probably be something for everyone. I consistently find I spend longer here than many other places in Oxford street.

The Regent Street store is massive and just about every item you would need is here. I bought a lightweight coat recently which is super light to carry around but is superbly warm, a great product.

m. n.Really friendly staff. Went the extra mile to search for sale item in the stock room. Extra touches like closing the changing room curtain makes a big difference. Absolute bargain purchase of stretch jeans with a charge of only £3 (if trousers cost less than £19.90 otherwise it is free) to adjust the length. 3 pairs of adjusted jeans ready in an hour. Excellent value cashmere items in a variety of colours. Highly recommended Regent Street shop.

I pick up all my heat techs and other items for the family from here all the time, on sale and otherwise. The Japanese brand has exceptional quality and the heat techs keep you warm in the harsh Canadian winters.
The staff is usually helpful and courteous but not always.
Look out for the sale items and be prepare led to go up and down stairs
P. G.Uniqlo clothes are really good quality - they last a long time and usually still look good when old and faded. Just make sure you're not in a rush as there's always a bit of a wait at the till. The staff are so helpful, it only takes one person to ask a question and the queues grow. Overall though, it's my preferred shop for t-shirts and basics.
S. C.It is a lovely store but the service really let it down as the cashiers were not serving a reasonable pace. Also when a queue formed to see staff walking up behind the till looking at the queue and then walking off was not ideal. But all is well.

C.Big Uniqlo store which can be quite confusing because the same clothes can be found in different spots. The clothes are great tough, very basic and cheap and most of the things even seem to fit me.

M. S.I love Uniqlo and this one in particular. It's always tidy, has nice staff and you can always find some great items on sale as well! It's not the flagship so it's not too busy but still has two floors. Most of the clothing is female though in this location, small male section. Downstairs is the some sale items along with overflow or womens clothing and the sports & pj clothing.

J. “. R.I would say this is like the Japanese equivalent to GAP. They have a range of clothing for men, women and kids at affordable prices. A lot of the time there are deals on buying multiple of the same items and they often have collaborations with designers, recognisable brands or Japanese anime/manga printed shirts. I would recommend the store to browse or to purchase some essential bits of clothing and/or accessories because it is very good quality and long lasting at reasonable prices if you are going for a more plain comfortable everyday casual look.
D. S.It's just another department store. I liked the clothes and tried on a few pairs of pants but they didn't fit. I was not approached by anyone who worked in the store (fine by me) but if you're looking for some help, not such a good thing.

J. B.Absolutely love the range at this store and other Uniqlo outlets. The leggings trousers are comfortable and go with anything. The UT range is especially cute and there is something for everyone. In winter, it is great to snuggle into their broad and varied Heat-Tech range. Great choice of colours and prices are reasonable. But please start doing Student discount! Also, please open more stores not just in central London and Westfields - these are difficult for some people to get to!

C.This is one of Uniqlo's bigger branches where you can find basics at a pretty high quality at a fair enough price. Personally I enjoy their collabs, particularly their latest Shounen Jump one. I've heard good things about their coats, too.

G. S.Help yourself to Japanese sport/leisure clothing. Of course, the clothing is typically made in Bangladesh or other low labour cost countries desperate for employment. The Heat Therm range is good as a base layer. Yet to try the Heat Therm extra warm crew neck long sleeve T-shirt, but I'm certain there is colder weather on the way.
N. Y.Their design is pretty basic like Primark, M&S, GAP etc. But I LOVE their Japanese tech underwear like Heattech for Winter, Airism for Summer.. worth trying this at least once. I now have more than 10 pairs and use it every single day as they are very comfortable and good with a skin!

I've been there a few times in the past few months and there are NEVER enough staff in this branch. It's irritating to have to queue particularly in a central London staff where people are often in a hurry

A.Uniqlo is a Japanese casual wear designer, manufacturer and retailer. They're quite known in Asia and just recently in EU and UK. Unlike Superdry and most brands (eg Nike) they don't put huge logos and brand name all over their merchandise. You'll notice they're really simple, discreet and great quality. You can find often discounts on different types of clothes. They are known for their line of super thin jackets, parkas and coats that keep you warm as much as thick branded ones. Air line of underwear and t-shirts are great for sports and Summer, and Heattech for winter times.
This store is their UK (London) flagship store and it's massive. Unfortunately, and I guess it's cause they're the busiest too, staff is t as helpful as in Westfield Stratford. I would advise visiting this store in the early hours as the later you come you look for longer Q's.

B. G.I am a big fan of uniqlo. Their clothes are always interesting and I do like the minimalist nature of the branding. They rely on simple clothes which are available in a lot of bright colours. Their new line of polos as modelled by Novak Djokavic are very comfortable. The new quick drying material is just as effective as they claim to be and I have now tested them in tropical conditions with some pretty good results. Keep an eye out for their deals as these are usually pretty good value for money. Christmas sales are also worth having a look at.
