10/10 service. A really nice girl behind the counter saw that my boots paper bag was breaking and without hesitation gave me a free vans tote! Would definitely go back to that store now just based on her customer service (didn't get her name but visited 29th December 2021). Very clever to give me the bag because now I'll be advertising vans wherever I go! The tote is super cute :)

Wow wow wow! Just been to the covent garden store today and what a service! Called up Wednesday about getting trainers customized and got Jan on the phone. Couldn’t make Wednesday in the end due to work commitments. When I arrived in the store by chance I got Jan wow instantly knew I was the girl who called up not was I only Impressed with that but Jan had actually put the shoes on hold for me! What a service! Now onto the customize setup downstairs it’s just FANTASTIC!! Im still actually blown away with the service not only was it free it was done to perfection but the gift wrapping was like nothing I have ever seen then the cherry on the cake I got a free bouquet and a Christmas bobble. VANS COVENT GARDEN that is what you call customer service! Thank you shout out to Jan who was a dream, to the girl who gifted wrapped the trainers (sorry I didn’t get her name 🥲) Candice from Bohotany Bee from beeillustrates fabulous women a big thank you ❤️

Yep agree with other posts, staff are amazing with the same Co message, enjoy yourselves, well thats what i felt. they made me feel humble by going the extra mile not cos i expected it, some other companies should visit for a glimpse of what good customer service feels like. thanks you all the staff & keep smiling

Great variety of shoes,a lots of limited as well, I found a fancy pair of shoes but for some reason I couldn’t get them from there,so with the helpful staff and especially Ash sorting out immediately the problem to get the shoes from the one at carnaby street. Highly recommend, Great staff!

Had a very positive experience at Vans Covent Garden. Not a particularly big store but they have a variety of exclusive shoes which you can’t buy online. Reasonable prices and very attentive and helpful staff. Great quality products. What more could you ask for?! Recommended! 😊

Fantastic service from the staff working during a very busy Saturday when there was a 20% off event going on- Particularly from one member of staff who I believe was called Becky. There were only two of them working, one on the till, and one serving several people at once and getting sizes for customers. I went into Office the same day, who had the same event on, and despite having well over double the number of staff working, they were inefficient and not as friendly, so I promptly returned to make my purchase at the Vans store- well done to anyone working there for the Seven Dials Spotlight event. You all did great
