Very helpful staff on our visit today. They went an extra mile to help and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Love the shoes too :)

Served today by a great person called Silvia. She was fantastic, gave me all my options in my size, explained to me how different styles can feel different, stuff I would never of even thought about. 10/10 service from this young lady, could not be more impressed. Will 100% be back to return for this level of service.

Would have given them a 5 star rating had it not been for the grumpy, rude sales assistant on this particular day. Luckily it's the only time I had the displeasure of being served by him. The rest of the staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Went here on the weekend - they have a good selection of shoes. Staff are friendly and very helpful! We had to queue outside for quite a while due to the restrictions, but it was worth the wait especially as it was the last stop before heading home.

Not bad, although they had very little stock when I visited. Out of 6 pairs of shoes I liked, they only had 1 pair in a size 10. Their stock was probably low because of Christmas, but something like that should've been pre-empted and more stock ordered in advance. The staff were very helpful, however, and I did end up leaving with a new pair of shoes.

What's not to like about a whole load of Snoopy inspired clothing, shoes and accessories. I have other Vans but my beautiful new Joe Cool boots definitely take pride of place on my feet. This branch is spacious, well laid out and easy to navigate for anybody. The plus is too it's on the ground floor, therefore convenient for either a window shopping treat or a quick review of what your money gets you, go away to do other things then come back to purchase.
