I recently had the pleasure of visiting this delightful Boutique and found the staff extremely courteous and helpful. I was there to return a recently purchased (less than a month old), Versace watch, which had developed a blemish on the gold coloured frame. Not too worry, the item has now beed despatched to Versace for repair. I will update this blog upon its return. Update: Collected and repaired, staff still as polite and helpful as ever. If I was truthful about my experience as a customer, you be the judge. Less than a month old, over £1500, should it have been replaced by Versace?...Will I purchase goods in future?...In truth, probably not. Nice watch though!.

Great store, it's VERY rare I have ever had a shop assistant there I wouldn't rate 5 star. Can get a little busy, great store design, not a huge amount of stock though they often have 40% discounts on stuff I like, which helps
