It is a beautiful and large store. The staff is very kind, but has a ready, somewhat robotic speech. The products were not affordable and many drawers were open with scattered panties. In the Clarence area, I went to see the promotions in size M and had several panties size S or XL, almost nothing in my size and the boxes with the products were totally out of order and panties on the floor. Body suit prices are around £ 100. The quality of the products does not worth the price to be paid. There were only 2 people at the cashier to accept payments and the queue was very long.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! I took my daughter to the store yesterday Saturday 3/07/2021... we were served by SHAZ who has been the most helpful, knowledgeable and professional shop advisor I have ever met!. Please IF you decide to walk into VICTORIA SECRETS IN BRENT CROSS you will not be disappointed as the quality of service is exceptional. Such a long queue and only 2 staff serving. Wanted to pay by cash to only be told at the till I had to give the exact amount.... really not good service Staff need to be trained in delivering more happy customer service at the till.

Nice store layout, things are easy to find. Customer service was great as well! Maybe I got lucky as in the past i've had negative experiences. But I'm hoping it has gotten better. Clothes are great quality and definitely will be going back here. Can be incredibly busy at times so store gets a bit messy to the point of not wanting to shop there, other than that it's great!

Went in to try a new bra advertised on their website. Assistant in fitting room was super helpful measuring me and bringing in different sizes and styles to try. I decided not to make a purchase as the bra style I wanted unfortunately did not fit me well enough and I never put under any pressure to buy anything. I would definitely recommend this store if you want to be measured correctly and helped with choosing a bra style to suit you. Very impressed with the customer service here!

With covid now luming, the victoria girls and guys will show you how to measure your own bra size. Not used to it yet. It was a bit weird as this was not the service I was used too. However, the staff are very helpful. Alex helped me and she was so kind and courteous. She definitely deserve an applaud.

The shop is huge for a lingerie shop because the products available are on a scale of a departmental store and very clean. The products are clearly labelled and any discounts are clearly marked on products. The lighting in the shop is exactly to the point where you can identify different colours and products seem very nicely displayed. The staff are friendly and keep approaching for any help needed. Overall a great experience of shopping here. Prices are of course similar to shopping in a high end shop.

Lovely, helpful and tireless shop assistants, everything a lady could wish for. Word of advice, don't just pick up underwear "in your size" as I've done. Had to return everything after first impulse buy and spent an hour and a half to try everything on. One-by-one. But it's worth it for the perfect fit. Very happy indeed!

Absolutely great ❤ Advisors are extremely helpful and patient they'll help you find something you genuinely like and then make sure you're happy with the fitting and the way it looks and offer their personal advice and opinion which I find extremely useful when shopping without my friends. Furthermore I love the attention to detail. For example, the store floor is sprayed with Victoria secret fragrances which not only promotes the perfume range but also gives the customer the experience. In addition sales advisors also spray your bags with perfume too which I quite liked and found a nice end to a pleasant experience. Although this store is smaller than my usual store (Bond Street) it is by far better in terms of customer service and attention to detail and I would definitely go again purely for the customer experience. I rarely give 5 stars for a review but this store deserves it😁

Great variety of lingerie, helpful staff, however today returned home (and I live good 6 miles away) to find that one of the bras still had security tag on it. Means I need to go back to remove it. Very much vexed by this. Also, the cashier seemed a bit off and slightly surly.

I went to VS Brent Cross today and i bought 4 pieces of underwear. But when I arrived home i found out that there were only 3 pieces inside the bag, so i called straight away to tell them. One lady (LILIA) answered the phone. She told me if I can pass by the store again to pick up what is missing in the bag. I went to the store again and she said that maybe the lady that was on the till didn’t realise that the underwear (BLACK) that i bought fell/slipped from the till while she was putting all the stuffs inside the bag. Ms Lilia offered me another/similar underwear in exchange of what i bought. Thank You Ms LILIA of VS BrentCross.
