Excellent customer service and product selection! We had accidentally popped into the men's store opposite first and were unfortunately met with quite a frosty reception but on going over to the women's store the staff attitudes could not have been different! Helpful and friendly staff throughout the store! Rosie was my sales assistant that day and helped me pick out a new wallet/clutch and a new watch and really went the extra mile! I will be visiting again soon 😊

Bought my daughter some earrings on her 18th birthday. Lovely things in the shop and a bit pricey but well worth it as unique and great quality. Would rather that than Primark and seeing everyone else wearing the same things! Things from here last and not just fast fashion which is also better for the environment. Just not too sure about the politics with a big Assange banner hanging up outside.

Bloody fuming with Vivienne Westwood right now, so hoping this will get their attention as this store is also registered as their head office.
Customer service are ignoring multiple customers who have ordered in the past few weeks, with goods not received - everyone has the notification the shipping labels have been created, but goods have not been sent out. I have hundreds of pounds worth of items which haven't shown up.
I've tried emailing three times, called four times, messaged on instagram and twitter - and no response, except from other customers with the same issue. I'm having to open a complaint through resolver. The pandemic isn't a reason for this when the UK where I am based and where your shop is has been dealing with this since last March, you've had plenty of time to sort out any problems.
What is going on with your orders and why is your customer service so terrible? Tell us where our items are. You're a high end luxury fashion brand, not Wish.com. Start behaving like it.
EDIT: The lovely flagship store manager contacted me on instagram and I got through to customer services on the 10th call. Customer services currently consists of 3 people working from home trying to manage hundreds of orders. Rather than furloughing people, why not move them to assist there where your orders have gone up? The poor customer services woman was overloaded. For a brand that talks about environment and sustainability, what about other social needs such as caring for your staff? You need to treat your workers better and have extra hands for them currently. I'm really disappointed that a high end brand would allow that to happen to their workers. I use you because I don't want to engage in poor treatment of people.
