Does the assortment in the store match the assortment on the website? Maybe store in UK have a correct email where I can contact them? It was my first time visiting the store today and the staff couldn't of been more welcoming, lovely and helpful! I only brought a book but nevertheless came out very happy. The clothes are sublime. Thank you to the lovely client advisor Cordula ! Hope to be back soon :-)

Hello, I can't find information if the new collection is sold in stores in Europe? On the official website it is indicated that the SS2022 is sold in stores in Japan. Is it planned to be sold in Europe and when?

Big Yohji Collector. Personally, best designer in the world. Unfortunately every time I come to the shop here everyone is sour and not welcoming. The first staff didn’t even look at me in the eyes and said welcome, when I asked a question he walked away. Might as well order online and pay the import tax than have a bad experience in the shop. In some ways kills the brand for me when you encounter staff representing the brand in such a manor. Very unfortunate as I would have walked away with shopping bags, no doubt, but did not feel welcome there…

Amazing - enjoyed my 4 visits here winter 2019. Made me jealous that I could no longer go into a Yohji store in NY. The staff here is great, helpful and thoughtful. I remember loosing my sterling silver ring here and they found and kept it for me for days until I picked it up during my vacation. They have a great selection of items that seems to be changing all the time. Will go back next time I'm in London.

I've always loved Yohji San. Every time I pass the Yohji store, I want to go in and have a look. But when I saw the Spanish man in the store, I give up. I remember the first time I went into the store, he talked me with very mean , and then he looked at me with a strange eyes every time I came.

An exceptional retail experience. I revisited this store after my brief walk-through two weeks earlier. Since my initial visit, I had seen some Mens Trousers with a very specific design that in the two week latter, my mind kept drifting back to. On my second visit, the assistant, Cordu, recognised me (a nice touch). I asked about the specific trousers, unfortunately, during those two weeks, the trousers had sold out. Cordu suggested that I register on to their general mailing list for future brand updates, which I did. By complete surprise, two days later I had a voicemail from Cordu that stated that their Paris showroom had shipped over some excess stock, also that it may include the trousers I coveted. This was accompanied by an email with a photo of two designs of trousers, including the pair I desired. Cordu set-aside both sets of trousers for me to try on the next day, when I returned a third time to the store. Obviously I bought them. Wow, what excellent service.
