I visited the Maidstone store again today looking for skirts for work and the lovely Rachel was once again very helpful, this lady is exceptional at her job very welcoming, always happy to greet customers and goes out of her way to make sure you find what your after. Love this store! Rachel and Denise were very very helpful, infact all of the staff go out of their way to help! They try and find exact;y what you need, and if they can’t, they will order it in for you! Brilliant shop!

Took my 86 yr old mum into the Maidstone store to get some comfortable loose clothes for this hot weather - sales assistant very attentive and helpful - got her some lovely crepe, wide leg drawstring trousers which I thought I was going to have to take up as slightly too long for mum but at cash desk I discovered they come in different lengths -great, saved me a job!

This is a good place to shop. My wife likes the clothes here. Especially the swim suits which are always very colourful. This store has been in Maidstone for years and always has a lot of customers................

This is my grandmothers favourite shop to buy her clothes. She was highly impressed with the summer selection and nearly bought out the entire shop. Hands down the best staff i have ever experienced. Gemma is one of the main staff that stood out to me. She was very caring, patient and understanding with my nans needs and stayed with us until she had a selection of outfits that suited her shape. If they didnt have my nans size, Gemma would make it her task to find her one online and order it to store where i would then pick it up for my nan. No complications. With my nan not wanted to try outfits on; she tends to buy and then try. If she needs to return items, they make this a simple task whether a refund or an exchange is requested. Gemma deserves a bonus. Go Gemma!
