I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming manner. Great to see tailored service (pardon the pun) rather than pressured sales. The service was 2nd to none, with an amazing knowledge on their products, and excellent customer service. The store was clean and very well presented. I would highly recommend shopping here to everyone, and I will definitely return here again in the future.

I cannot fault this shop, the staff are so helpful and very attentive. They have done everything that they can to help me when I have gone in to buy a suit, shirt or tie. I recently went for a job interview and got the job, partly thanks to the help from the staff kitting me out and making me look the part. I got the job so I am thankful to the staff members help. If you are ever looking for a good example of customer service and your employees knowing your customers needs and wants, look no further. They know there stuff, you would probably have to pay a lot money from a tailor to get the advice that your staff offer. If you offer staff awards they should go to the staff at the Gabriel's Hill store.

Pete saved the day! On the morning of a family wedding, my brother realised that his suit had been tailored to the wrong measurements. This was NOT the fault of Moss Bros., the measurements had been taken by an independent tailor and then passed on to the store. Anyway, we arrived at the store with just an hour to go before we needed to leave for the church. We had no idea what the staff would be able to do to help (if they could do anything at all). Thankfully, we met Pete who helped us swiftly with professionalism and humour. Considering we were not sure whether the situation could be sorted, we found that Pete was not only happy to help, but did so with such genuine warmth. I highly recommend Moss Bros. and Pete to anyone looking for a brilliant service. I also recommend that anyone attending a wedding tries their suit on ahead of the wedding day. Thanks again Pete!

I visited the store today to collect a suit and the service I received was top class. The young man did not only serve me but also had the time and care to give my 14 year old son advice on methods of revision and recommended college to further his education. I didn't get his name but im sure he would be recognised by his fantastic head of hair. Thank you.

Occasional clothes have become much more affordable in recent years, but there are still occasion when you need that special suit or tux for a one-off event and this is where Moss Bros come into their own. The staff a friendly and professional, and I had no issues getting measured up, picking out an outfit, collecting it and returning it accordingly.
