Can see why they one of the leading retailer specializing in the sale of clothing, accessories and footwear. Thai branch is on the high street, which helps as you do not want to be going out your way to find them. They are a few fast food restaurants near but to treat yourself after working your brain to choice some of the items on sale rather than the whole shop. That's not healthy for your back balance. They have a select range of products to entice you in and they cover a range of departments, to your trip is worth while in the long run. Simple to follow floor plans and staff are always, tidying up to make the store presentable.

Good selection, clean & tidy. Not crammed full of people which I usually find in Primarks - I could actually get to clothing & look at what I needed to! Store was still hot which never makes sense to me as hot & sticky stores make me want to get out quicker-surely the opposite of what they want?

As primarks go this store has a smaller selection than Chatham or Folkestone. Great for your basic vests and T's though. Can get very busy like any Primark. Normally best to shop early or late anything in between and you'll have to queue for a while . Staff are polite and friendly.

Not the biggest store I've been in and didn't have the widest range of stock but we found most of the items we were looking for. Mens department had more than I was expecting but not much for young children. Women's section is fairly decent, got some nice shoes 😊 can't beat primark for value for money!

Really large store in the centre of Eastbourne, loads of choice but most looks the same. Not a great deal of fashion product mainly just basics . Always quite tidy and the staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Prices are really starting to go in store

I visited Primark today whilst it was raining cats and dogs. The chap positioned on the front doors - not security - managed to keep social distancing whilst making sure everyone could get in the store quickly without having to wait outside and get drenched... Top bloke! Whilst walking around the store, a Primark floor worker was all too happy to stop folding so that she could help two ladies who asked for some advice. Then at the check outs, I believe I was served by Izzy, the perfect example of a retail cashier, happy, chatty, careful with folding clothes and placing them in the bag. Most impressed with my shopping experience today, in was a miserable rainy afternoon but you all kept upbeat, well done guys/gals.

There’s always something for everyone here. The store is usually well laid out and it’s pretty easy to see where you need to look for the item of clothing/ accessory you’re looking for. They’re great for kids clothes and shoes, long lasting and good quality for the price they charge. Their clothes are pretty fashionable too, they always look good on and never sag in the wrong places or feel awkward like they’ve not been made right or anything like that...(like some people say) at least that’s never the experience I’ve had. They stock well for the seasons and have accessories to match too. They sell small gifts too. They use paper bags too so you don’t even need to remember your own bag here!!!! A great shop and definitely worth a try if you haven’t already.

Staff are very pleasant and willing to help. There is just never enough room for all the stock and only a small clothes size range for each item. But overall a great range and great prices especially for kids clothes as they are hardly in them five minutes

So the experience was good, it did seem very cramped in sections and a few of the staff members weren't wearing masks. Other that that it was one in one out, with hand sanitizers as you go in and the staff were watching people to make sure they keep them on (although there were a few that sneaked it off) there are places to improve. I won't be back for a while just because I don't want to risk anything in general.

Cheap as chips clothes that sometimes show that you get what you pay for with low quality bad be fitting items. But it's cheap and cheerful. Could do with a larger selection of men's wear. Sizes generally come up small on many of the items. Kids clothes are ok as they grow out of them so quick it rarely matters of they are low quality.

If you are looking for cheaper clothing which still looks nice then Primark is an ideal location. It is slowly becoming more expensive but you can still find a bargain here especially if you are looking for plain tops as they have a basics range which is very cheap and affordable and lasts a long time. After lots of washes they start to bobble however definitely got my £2.50 worth of wear!

Love Primark today the lift broke down but there were no problems we were elevated by the goods lift by a very pleasant young lady. Shopping experience was very good today all till open and hardly a queue to speak of upstairs and downstairs. Always where you find good value for money

Quality of products can be a bit hit and miss sometimes, hence the one star knocked off. Overall though a good place to visit for clothes and homeware shopping.

I'm happy Primark is having great measures to prevent the Covid-19 to not spread. Sanitising hands before we get in, providing masks if we don't have any, sanitizing baskets each and every time it is being used and so on. I am also happy with the variety of clothes and cosmetics plus bags they have to offer. Thank you and I love you so much

It's a very small store compared to others but today I got a replacement for a pair of jeans that I ruined with paint. Last pair in 26W30L and reduced to a fiver. Picked up a bargain pair of boots while I was there for less than a third of the original price. No queue at the till, just a supervisor talking to staff about how much (or how little) sanitizer they had for staff use. Yawn.

My girlfriend drags me around here, seems to have lots of different things, and pretty popular with alot of people so they must be doing something right. Staff seems to be all young teenagers so not that interested in giving the best customer service - very robotic without and human interaction (no small talk or conversation - just do you want a bag, and this is how much it is).

Primark is Primark no matter which store across the country that you visit. Lots of clothes, shoes, bags, makeup and some homeware items at inexpensive prices, but not quite top quality. You get what you pay for! At Maidstone store the staff are friendly and always pleased to help.

A large store with two floors and a good sized lift.....hurrah at last a store with a lift that can fit more than only one person with a pushchair or wheelchair!! ☺ Very busy when I visited which is to be expected on a weekend however, there was room in the aisles to walk past other shoppers rather than having to squeeze past ( which I find difficult, irritating and awkward as I have balance and mobility problems). Was looking for pyjamas and socks....very impressed by the range of styles, colours and sizes available. As expected lower prices than most other high street stores but surprisingly the quality of the material was not that inferior. My PJs have been washed three times and no bobbling, colour fading or material fraying has occurred. Unsure about what size to purchase, I asked a member of staff for advice. She was spot on!! All in all, a Primark store that I will be buying from again...and do recommend based on my visit and purchases 👍

I love Primark because you can get a lot of things that don't cost that much but in other stores it's a lot more money for example 5 pares of mycrofibire socks Primark:£1:50 H&M:£9:99 can you see the price difference I saved £8:50 by going to Primark . That is why I rated it 5 stars 🌟.

Went to Maidstone Primark today to replace a pair of shoes that I'd bought last summer. The lady in the shoe department was really helpful and managed to find me the right size in a wide fitting. I have trouble looking around as I have to use a walking stick, so this helped me a lot.

I'm a Primarkaholic and love mixing their often very stylish, nicely made on trend pieces with vintage or eBay finds. However I'm used to the big Oxford St one in London and since moving here have been starved of my fashion fix! However that was like shopping in Dantes Inferno x 10. Crowds, rude shoving customers, clothes throwers, queues the length of the Wall of China and a feeling of mental breakdown and bruised legs after. This one isn't like that. It's more like a normal shopping experience! It's tidy, staff don't look frazzled (I used to feel really sorry for them in London with some of the customers one who stripped off right in the middle of the store to try a skirt on) and you can actually reach for that Disney nightie or bag without bodily harm! Everything is tidy and easy to look round, staff seem ok, but it's very small and there's a lack of the merchandise in the bigger stores, Disney stuff, jumpers and coats especially. I wanted a white wool boyfriend coat and they only had a grey one for example today. Sizes are weird in Primark, I'm a slim 10 to 12 but have to get large tights as I have slightly longer legs, and size 14 vests but size 12 in others and an 8 pink wool coat. Homewares are lovely but such a small range as is beauty as I love their make up its so nice. There's no big Primark anywhere here for miles and you cant order online, so I end up trawling eBay for the Marie Aristocats range which is gorgeous and my favourite Disney cutie, that and the beautiful blonde in miniature Tinkerbell, and always get very excited if I see anything with them on. Please Primark open a big store within reachable distance of my home!

Much as Iove Primark this particular store was a mess . Clothes were untidy, on wrong sized hangers & all over the floor. This was my first visit to the Maidstone store & compared to the one in Brighton where I live, it was dreadful . Sorry Maidstone but you need to clean up a bit!! In Brighton there are assistants working on clearing up the aisles all the time.
