Finally convinced myself to go and get a bra fitting here and it was the best experience! Turned out I’d been wearing the wrong size for years. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough. They genuinely care about making sure you’re ending up with the right size and style for you. Can’t recommend enough!

this was the best experience today going into bravissimo the lovley girl was spot on in size no measuring so i thought she wouldn't get this right but was amazed she did tried on 3 bras the last one was perfect will go there all the time now after going into marlks and spencers first they told me you had to book online as all appointments were booked today and house of fraser no changing rooms open because of virus and no staff about seamed like the ghosts had even disappeared try brassimo its simply the best

What can I say. My daughter wanted new bras. It was a brilliant experience. No measuring with tape and Kelly was spot on with fitting. Nothing too much trouble. All the staff were friendly. Excellent service and we will definitely go again. Would recommend, definitely!

My first visit to Bravissimo and what a brilliant experience. Lovely shop, all the staff were friendly and professional. My fitter Janis was superb, an absolute star. My mum has really big breasts, and I mean really big (40H). We live in Spain and we haven’t found a single place to buy bras. Which makes her uncomfortable, feel different and all the added lack of confidence. We where on a trip to Manchester and someone told us about Bravissimo. She came out of the shop wearing one of the bras (she could not wait) and feeling really happy. The ladies at bravissimo treated her like a Queen. Where super kind and nice. And made her feel really good. They found the perfect bras for her & she bought 4! I really recomend this place. This ladies make magic. 😍

Would rate 10/5 if possible. First time getting fitted but they were so patient and considerate. Even though my appointment was an hour long at no point did the workers seem frustrated and tired. I will be definitley going there again. It was a bit pricey especially compared to places like Debenhams and Primark but you're paying for quality and the fit was better than anywhere else I have been.

I love Bravissimo! The first time I went in I had no idea what I was doing but was helped through every step of the process making sure I got the right size. They had no problem with me trying on 20 bras to find the one that fit my shape perfectly. If you give them your email address it then records what you bought and links to your online account so you can always find exactly what you bought if you want to buy it again or in different colours. Just done click and collect which is free from online and means you can access the wider stock online from the comfort of your own home but still try it on in store and get their advice if you need it.

Had a great experience getting a fitting in store today. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and my fitter was very knowledgeable, she helped me find the perfect bra for my needs. I have shopped at Bravissimo for many years and buy all my bras, bikinis and dresses from here. I haven’t been recently because of lockdown but when I knew it was open again I couldn’t wait to go. I took my mum with me, this was her first time. Friday 14th August 2020. We felt so welcome and safe by all staff! Nothing was too much trouble for Clare who was our fitter. Smiling, friendly and helping my mum, who did try a lot on, it was a pleasure. Also a massive thank you to the lovely young lady on the till, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I love this shop and just wish I could treat myself every week here. Keep up the fantastic work Clare and everyone at Bravissimo Manchester 😊😊😊

Amazing service!! I love buying here because the staff are all so nice, friendly and helpful. They are happy to help as much as you wish and know what they are talking about. They'll be able to explain to you how to fit yourself. If you want to try on, you can and then you can order it. If you order online there is usually a charge but if they order it for you it'll be free. The return policy is amazing and the service in have received has always been superb. It's the first place I would check! Unless I need something cheaper. The prices here are slightly on the expensive size compared to a supermarket or standard womenswear store, but are not outrageous and in my opinion is worth it.

I swear these women have magic powers... Went in with basically no clue of my bra size, said the bralette I was wearing was an XXL from SHEIN (which tells you nothing, really random sizing) and Sarah G just looks at me in this bralette and whips out the perfect bra in the perfect size?! Never worn such a well fitting, pretty and comfortable bra. Never spent so much on a bra either (I used to be a Primark/throw a bra in my trolly at ASDA kind of girl) but so unbelievably worth it I am totally sold!! Everyone needs to go for a bra fitting here, honestly you don't know what you're missing.

I'm far from a shopaholic but Bravissimo delivers a dream retail experience. All the staff are attentive and alert; even when it's incredibly busy someone will let you know that you haven't been forgotten. I went for a long overdue lingerie fitting. I thought it would be quiet on a weekday but many others thought the same - every fitting room was full! Reservations were being slapped on rooms, meaning a wait of 15 minutes or more. It could have been a problem in so many other lingerie stores, but the girls on the shop floor weren't stressed and grumpy, they were more than ready for it! Despite it being all go at point of sale as well, they kept all of us lurkers updated on how the waiting list was progressing, talked to us about what we might be looking for, made recommendations and encouraged us to browse and pick out styles and colours we liked without worrying about sizes - they have a lot more stock available backstage. My fitter was wonderful. It really was busy in-store, but I felt like she'd have stayed with my all day, happily flinging bras at me until I'd found the perfect fit. She helped me choose the right styles for my body, clothing and lifestyle, encouraging me to see how each looked under my clothes, all while having a great chat about this and that. The products I was helped to select are fab and now all my clothes look better than ever, happily including a few dresses I thought I'd have to say goodbye to. Yay! Each item was well wrapped in tissue - a nice touch that reassures that the store employees respect the product. I'm not a shy little flower, but I've often found lingerie fitting awkward enough to put them off for as long as possible. Not so here - it was professional and relaxed from start to finish.

I was right to come here for a bra fitting. Very welcoming and friendly. Laura helped me with my fitting and she was lovely. Nothing was too much for her and I have come away with two new, nice, supportive and comfy fitting bras. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is unsure of size in lingerie. Went in yesterday after work to get right size bra finally after wearing wrong size for my whole life.. I think 🤔🤔 I must say I was embarrassed going in, but ladies over there are wonderful, understanding and very professional. Helen was really good who helped me. Definitely recommend Bravissimo ❤❤

As a 32G 22 year old I almost cried during the fitting. I have never in my life had the chance to actually wear something like their bras that actually fits this nicely! Can't believe my drawer is full of non-Bravissimo bras! The staff are lovely and helpful and the fitting ladies can simply look at you and know what bra size you need. The comfiest bras I've ever worn and so pretty! Slightly higher price than I'd normally pay but worth it

I have been shopping with Bravissimo/Pepperberry for years, since the Corn Exchange days (which was Bravissimo only and I had to travel to Liverpool for Pepperberry - so very happy they combined both when they reopened in King Street). I have become very loyal and will go nowhere else for my bras. The staff are knowledgeable and patient, and offer great bra-fitting service and advice. The shop itself is a nice little boutique, which is a nice environment to shop at. As well as the bras, I have bought a number of dresses, tops and swimwear with them and am very satisfied. The only reason why I don't buy more is the price tag - which is a bit high, though I understand that quality and personal service comes with a price. Highly recommended. And special thanks to Lauren, who helped me out many times over the years, and Janis, who was also excellent more recently. Cheers, girls!

The only place I would go for my bras now. I go roughly every six months to purchase a couple of new bras and every member of staff I have met has been warm and friendly and very helpful. I've had regular, maternity and nursing bras from the store and all have been value for money. The choice is great, they understand that larger busted women don't just want a beige bra. On one sales assistants advice I only hand wash my bras now and they last longer and keep their shape better. Another assistant entertained my 5 month old son when I desperately needed a new nursing bra but he wasn't in the mood for shopping and on another occasion while I was having a fitting gave my toddler treats and sat and did a little colouring with her. Excellent customer care. Excellent merchandice.

Love the shop and the friendly staff didn’t like my parking bill £15 I was only in Manchester to get a bra got 4. You need to move to trafford Centre free parking.i also had a free voucher was told I had to use it online,so I went all that way paid to much for parking and when I rang website was told I can use it in the shop.
