AWESOME SERVICE I went into the store just to have a browse because my current Levi’s were getting a bit tight due to my expanding waistline. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable about the brand and gave me great advice on what jeans would look best on me. I tried a few different styles and decided to buy a pair, but they didn’t have them in my shorter leg length. No problem. Within around 20 minutes, they measured and altered the jeans at no extra cost to me. Great service. Keep up the good work. Mark Chapman

Went in here about a week ago and was helped by a guy named Pete or Peter, I’m sure he’s the manager. He was SO helpful, genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, if not, the best. Nothing was too much for him, whether it was going back and forth looking for sizes, colours etc for us. Lovely atmosphere and the other team members were great too. It’s so nice to have people actually care about the customer service as some places don’t anymore.

Katie, Maisie & Anthony gave me FIRST CLASS service when I made I visit after work. I had a wedding the day after and needed smart/casual pants for it. Anthony jumped straight in to assisting me. Found me the perfect pair and made sure they were to my liking. They were too long and I didn’t expect that anything could be done about it with such short notice. I’m not sure if it is Maisie or Katie who is the alteration person but they did a perfect job. Was so happy with the service I received. All 3 are a credit to your store. Protect your staff in these troubling times with prices on the rise, raise their pay and preside for the hard work they do to keep the company running. Peace out ✌️

We came into Levi's on Saturday 12th November 2022 to get some new jeans for my girlfriend. We were served by Maia, who was superb and personable in her service. My girlfriend was a bit nervous about sizes not fitting her as she's struggled in the past finding jeans that feel comfortable. Maia went above and beyond to make her feel at ease, took her time helping us with sizes and colours. Thank you so much Maia (and your lovely colleague who we didn't get the name of!) We will be back again x

I don't usually write reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to. I hate shopping for clothes at the best of times, just want to get in and out as fast as possible, however the reason for this review was the service by a lovely woman called Sue at this shop; she made me feel totally at ease and she wanted to find the best jeans that would suit me....who'd of thought there were so many different types, but she knew exactly what would be the best fit for me...she's an absolute asset to your company, as its rare these days to get such service that you feel when you leave they really cared that you purchased some thing you were going to feel good with and wasn't just a sale ...please pass onto Sue my thanks for her professionalism and general warmth she showed in ensuring I purchased exactly what I needed.

Came into Levi’s, Trafford centre today looking for a polo top that is out of stock online and in other Levi’s stores I have been too. The customer service was brilliant especially Sue and Dylan who went out their way to look out the back for me and bring out multiple sizes for me to have a look at! Great store inside the Trafford centre. There are at least two Levi shops located in the same shopping centre. The one I went to on the top floor near staircase 7 and 8 has a fantastic selection of jeans, tops and accessories. The staff are super helpful and the guy who helped me really advised me on the different fits of the jeans which really helped. I was looking for something for an office party. They also offer a discount at the tills if you sign up for their marketing list you get money off your order. Great service all round. Would highly recommend.

Service in this store was amazing and staff were very helpful. There was a real sense that they genuinely want to help you. They also had a wide selection of colours and sizes of what I wanted and were happy to find alternatives if not. Staff also made me aware of many services I did not know were available in store. They were also knowledgeable of offers that were available in store. The store was overall very inspiring and I ended up buying much more than I intended. I will recommend and will return.

Good covid procedure, staff member Lauren was so helpful! Good product knowledge and very friendly. Changing rooms were open and being sanitised after use and clothes quarantined. Great deal on buy a pair of bottoms and get 50% off a second item! Great jeans, super comfy and great quality, love the new procedures towards being a more ethical brand. Will definitely be back!

Great store with amazing service. To get the right fit really ask lots of questions and listen to their advice, the different denims stretch different amounts. Sizes go up in 1 inch leg and waist so you can get the perfect fit and they do lifetime alterations too.
