My husband and I visited here as he needed some new suits for work. We were greeted straight away and he was assisted by a lovely gentleman, he was measured and sized, tried on some suits and when he'd decided which he wanted, it was pinned for alterations to be made. We had our baby with us and when she started crying we were told we could feed in a changing room if we wanted privacy which was a nice touch to feel included. All of the staff were friendly and the service we received was exceptional. We wanted another suit but they didn't have the size in so we were told which nearest store had it and advised to call up and give the code of the suit so it could be reserved to save us a wasted journey. We've also been told once the alterations are done we will be rang and advised of this. Great service all round and will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Aqib, Marco, Mona and Christine for giving me excellent service whilst I was in the Trafford store. I came in to get a pair of trousers but ended up leaving with a full suit, shoes and they were giving me excellent customer service and telling me to add on shirts, ties, pocket squares and they even told me about the tailor me service which I was very interested about. Will definitely come into store another day to make myself a suit. I have never experienced such good customer service skills like this and I just want to thank Aqib and Marco for making me choose a very nice suit. Would recommend 100% to others.

Did the job for most of our wedding party however left a sour taste in mouth after not offering full services to us and then being told it was to late to offer the service we needed despite us having enough time If it was offered in the first place. A good example of why the high street chains aren't always best option. Try swarbricks in Middleton. Class little outfit.

I travelled from Preston to get a new suit. After trying a few shops I went to Moss Bros. I found the suit that was perfect and was assisted by a young lady assistant. Sol was fantastic with her advise and excellent eye for my size and fit. I cant recommend Sol enough. Unfortunately my size was not available I would choose a suit that was very popular. Sol located the same size in another branch for me to collect. A great service and excellent quality of merchandise at an affordable price. Thank you Sol.

Dropped by your Trafford store needing quite a few shirt, shoe and suit options for a client under very tight time constraints - Mark came to my rescue and very quickly pulled out the best pieces for me! Really appreciate the amazing service I received and how genuinely friendly and helpful Mark was; he really went above and beyond to help me find the best sizes and styles with plenty of options to leave with. Even though the store was set to close in about 20mins, he was super efficient and more than happy to help me. I'd never shopped at Moss Bros before but definitely will in the future.

Christine was amazing from start to finish, I've been in multiple times over the last few months and each time she has been so helpful. Well can I first start by saying what amazing service we got at Moss Bros in the Trafford Centre. Me and my fiance had been in a few weeks back and had a look with Mark to see what we wanted for our wedding. We went away had a think changed our minds on what we wanted but still went back to Moss Bros as we loved what we saw and the service we received and wanted to discuss this with Mark, with no appointment I should add. Even though all the staff were bust Mark still took the time to help us and was so amazing at getting a suit ordered for my fiance and could not have been more friendly and helpful. We will be returning again for another suit for another special occasion as we had the best experience there and Mark honestly could't have done more to help us. Thank you for making the process so easy and fun.

Thought I needed and new jacket but Christine helped me and advised me that jacket was fine just needed altering and pointed me in the right direction. Also needed shoes but the shoes I wanted they didn’t have my size so Christine called another store and got me those shoes to go and pick up. She’s very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Christine!

I travelled from London after reading about Abdul the sales associate in the online wedding groups. Abdul was something else 11 out of 10 and 5 stars from me. He wouldn’t take a cash tip which was a shame as he said it could be deemed as bribery even though I wanted to tip him £50! He was way better then the guys on Saville Row/Bond Street or at Hugo Boss and I’ve been searching the U.k high and low for weeks trust me! I would of happily payed twice the price just to be served by him. He’s so humble and honest it’s unreal. Forget the rest you need to be served by the best!

Absolutely brilliant service in Moss Bros TraffordCentre today. Mark was rushed off his feet trying to help everyone as they were short staffed. he went out of his way to phone other stores to try and piece my full suit together while tending to other customers. i have searched everywhere for weeks for the suit i had in mind and not found it anywhere, but nobody put in the effort that mark did. Went looking for a tux jacket, was directed upstairs where a gentleman helped me. Knew his products well and advised me on a great jacket. The item had a fault with the button and offered to have it mended and ready to collect the next day, discounted me for the trouble, a second sale advisor offered to fix the issue and was done within minutes, hardly waited and quality work. Today was the first time I buy a suit all by myself, very embarrassed to say that my parents used to take me and get them done. I had no idea about what I needed for my MUN conference/US internship face 2 face interview, but I was extremely lucky to enter Moss Bros and be assisted by Peter! Peter handled the situation very professionally and understood what I needed exactly, he was kind enough to look around the inventory to find pieces in my size, and he answered my endless questions with a smile. There should be a guy like Peter in every shop/place.

Absolutley top customer service from Saf at Moss Bros TrC, absolutley faultless. I went in looking for some black tie attire Saf took me straight upstairs, took some sizes, showed me a few different options. And inside of 25 minutes I was walking out the shop new suit. He had set his heart on a Hugo Boss suit.Spent about half an hour in there and measurements taken as did not have one to fit my husband.Was going to order one for his size and apparently Hugo Boss don't do my husbands size.So gutted but would of been good to know the suits only go up to certain sizes.

What an amazing experience received today by Moss Bros especially by Jack (who was serving us) and his manager Roland. Extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The people that work here are amazing. Looked after me whilst picking out a suit for my wedding. I got fitted a 'tailor me' suit and it feels fantastic.

After searching high and low online (And personally ringing 4 moss bros stores) for a item for one of our groomsmen as the stock was essentially all gone. Armin at the Trafford store literally went above and beyond to help make it happen and ensure that we didn't have one suit non matching to the others we has already bought. He helped locate the item in another store and even gave me his personal mobile number to call if I couldn't get an item or there were any issues. He then kept me up to date through the whole attaining and relocating of the item. It was transferred from Cheshire oaks store to Trafford and we finally now have 6 matching suits and are ready for our wedding day. I really cannot thank him enough, he deserves rewarding for his dedication to the business and going above and beyond to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met. I will be using Moss bros for all of the suit amendments and will 100% go back in future because of the positive experience I've had in this store.

I was dreading the suit shopping experience, jeans, t-shirts and trainers not a problem, but suits and shoes not my cup of tea. Entered Moss bros with the wife and was immediately greeted by "Jack" a very friendly and extremely helpful lad. Every single item that he seleted for me fit first time, I chose a Ted Baker 3 piece check suit and followed Jack's advice with choice of shirt, tie and shoes to compliment the suit and WOW my wife shed a little tear when she saw me. We discovered that Jack was relatively new to Moss bros tailors but you would never have guessed, he was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and made the whole experience a breeze! I would highly recommended Moss bros at the Trafford centre and would always ask for Jack. Thanks again Jack ! I look the dogs b******* your a star !!! Ps not only did I get what i came in for but my wife left with a jacket too !

Came in today with mum and brother, within the first 5 mins Abdullah came up to us asked whether we needed anything. From here he began to assist us, not hesitating to run back and forth around the store , store room and upper level to ensure we got exactly what we asked for.
