Absolutely fantastic experience buying my wedding suit. Chris was amazing and really helpful. He wasn't afraid to give his opinion but wasn't too forceful. I could clearly see his experience showing in his advice and I'm really looking forward to getting my made to measure suit now. Will update later when I receive it

A really great experience shopping here. Staff are really friendly, approachable & knowledgeable, especially Lewis! I came here to look for a tux for my own wedding and was really impressed by the customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent a suit for any occasion.

My partner needed a new suit for a wedding we are attending this autumn, and we got so much help and great advice from Mark. He did an excellent job in explaining the adjustments needed and helped us find the right fits and colours, including a tie and a pocket square that would complement my dress. The experience from start to finish was 5/5. Definitely the place to go for a nice suit.

Really fantastic customer service from Abdul on the phone today! We were calling to check for specific sizes in two suits and Abdul was really patient, efficient and service-oriented. He helped find what we wanted and reserve them for us! Amazing! Keep up the good work.

They have a very nice selection of suits here, quite expensive but they're quality. Staff are also nice and friendly, however didn't appear to be extremely experienced in suit fitting to offer a lot of guidance.

Customer service was second to none, tried Slaters but came straight back to Moss Bros MCR thanks to the outstanding attention paid to us by Chris. He listened to all our needs and personalised the process and purchase to us. Came in for a rental, walked out with 10 rentals and a custom made suit. Thanks for everything!

My partner and I walked in to get a suit for his graduation. First response was very cold, given funny looks by the two women. Had to ask for assistance, which is disappointing when we were the only customers in the shop. Luckily we got Max sent over and he definitely made our day. Brilliant expertise and found the perfect suit. Such a nice guy, a shame that the other staff on shift weren't as welcoming.

Was looking for a suit for a couple occasions coming up. Wasn’t sure what I was wanting, but I wanted to look a million dollars and would put trust into the subject matter experts in store. Callum helped me out massively. Got the right fit for me instantly and then suggested a load of colours and make it work. Even though the appointment was meant to be 45 mins long, it took 1hr 30 mins (which was 30 minutes after closing time). Top customer service. Huge shout out and thank you to Callum at Moss Bros, would fully recommend his services and the quality that Moss Bros guarantee.

Top quality service, from the moment we entered the shop! Edna greeted us and took us down to exactly where we needed to be! Managed to get a wedding suit from the first shop we went to! She was amazing, get her promoted!

We went to the Manchester store in St Ann’s square and we had booked 1-2-1 appointment and we had Lewis dealing with us. This young gentleman alone deserves the 5 star rating, he was so polite and knew exactly what he was doing. I cannot compliment Lewis enough, he listened to us and really took care of us. Our wedding is in 2 weeks and he understood that time was of the essence, he made some excellent recommendations as the waistcoat that was with the suit wasn’t available in my husbands size. He paired the suit with a slightly contrasting waistcoat that just completely elevated the suit to another level and he found us a beautiful sage green tie/pocket square that just made the outfit. We cannot thank Lewis enough he has excellent personable skills and really knows how to do his job, thank you Lewis for making our journey painless, stressless and just pleasant overall! Ps I strongly suggest you avoid the Trafford Centre branch like the plague as our experience initially attending that branch was horrendous. Kept us waiting for over 2 hours and then in the end they didn’t even have the right sizes in stock, even though they said they did. I’d give that branch 1 star.

Went to get measured up for a wedding suit. The service was excellent and very attentive, even though we were hiring and not buying. Apart from that, the shop has a large range of good quality suits, jackets and trousers for the discerning gentleman. Also I was shown how to fold a pocket square! Good shop!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE and would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND the "Tailor Me" service. I chose a material and had a single breasted suit turned into a double breasted, chose my own details, buttons and stitching. Wonderful member of staff, Paul, from the Manchester St Anns Store was a true professional and excellent tailor and helped me enjoy the whole experience. Thanks!!

A good range of formal wear from affordable to expensive. The staff range from friendly and approachable to slightly curt and condescending, reminded me of the "suits you, sir" TV sketches. I was hunting for pocket squares and found 6, all in the sales and £5 or under.. bargain! Unfortunately, and this goes for the retail/restaurant trade in general, you are given more time and courtesy if you arrive dressed smartly, and watched cautiously from a distance if you don't.

I hired 5 suits from Moss Bross in St Ann's Sq in April 2013 for my wedding. The service on our first visit was very poor, the assistant was unhelpful, especially considering that we were organising the wedding from abroad and did not have other occasions to visit the shop before the wedding. However, when we returned to collect the suits the week before the wedding, Christine was extremely helpful. Some items of my initial suit order did not fit at all, and Christine helped me to try on new sizes and ordered a new waistcoat for me. The other members of the wedding party could not try on the suits until the day before the wedding as they were coming from France, but again Christine was very helpful and made sure that everyone looked perfect on the day.

Went here to sort some issues prior to my brothers wedding ( waistcoat not fitting quite right). The staff were super helpful and made the stress go away.
