Overpriced store with uncompetitive rates. The yeti rambler bottle, for example, is only 18 oz for £30, yet I was able to get the larger 26 oz for £30 elsewhere. I don’t think all the staff are that welcoming, after blanking my friend who said hello as she entered, though I was pleasantly surprised the last time I visited.

Great service, great products. Ordered the Berghaus Tempest 89 Jacket in blue from Oi Polloi last month. Quick and professional service and the jacket is mint. Great range of designer clobber.

I can’t keep away from the Ancoats store. It’s an Aladdin’s cave of quality clobber. Staff are always on hand to help and are really chatty. Looking forward to my next purchase.

Shame about the lining up system from ppl who have nothing to do with the shop. The 1s who decide which order ppl get there shoe's and also put all there mates names down 1st so they can sell them on eBay 🤔😒. But the Staff at the shop were friendly and also helpful.

Been the provider of near enough every piece of clothing I own for several years now. The staff are a credit to Nigel and Steve. Exceptional customer service on every visit along with great knowledge and chats to go with it all. Keep up the great work. A real and permanent staple in menswear fashion retail.

I went in here for the first tim because I wanted to buy a baracuta G9, was not sure what size to buy so did not want to buy online. Oi Polloi is the only shop in Manchester that stock's them as far as I know. Overall some really good stuff in there, love the Clarks originals which they don't even sell in most of their own shop's. Bought a few things in there since. Felt comfortable to browse and try thing's on, staff are friendly and helpful but not pushy. A very enjoyable place to shop, would definitely recommend. And there's a really good pub next door.

Some quality clothing in here. Can't rate a 5 star I'm afraid because of the organisation in the shop. Everything was mixed together so was hard to find brands and styles you're looking for but the staff were more than happy to help.

Wide range of products and brands, deceives the eye, shop looks smaller on the outside, love what they sell, never heard of the shop before and I've lived in Manchester all my life. Only found out about it because i had to research a boutique for a project for uni, i always walk down church st and the Afflecks palace side of Tib st but never walked down Thomas st and its only a block away. That's why i think oi polloi would benefit more of advertisement of the shop to gain more customers, by placing direction signs towards the shop in busier places like Tib st, Church st just so people like me know there's a boutique on Thomas st. In terms of getting information about the boutique for my project they wasn't very helpful, i asked them questions about their products and prices and they didn't know much about their own products.. but i did fall in love with the store itself. All in all i strongly recommend this boutique for males who don't mind spending that extra money for that extra quality.

Great product and brand range, to the owner.. get rid of your staff or give them some homework on the products you sell as not many of them know prices, price range, or couldn't even tell me the product range when he could have just looked round him and told me whats round him, bit bone idle or just didn't care.. I don't know but don't be put off by the staff though i love this boutique, the guys in my life said they like it too, this place needs to get more recognition.

A very trendy place that comes with a high price tag. If you don't mind more upmarket costs then this is definitely the place to shop with a very wide selection of purposefully selected items. A must visit if you're in the area.
