Me and my family went to numerous stores to look for lenghas. A lot of places we came across wanted a fast sell and were impatient. However when we went to Sai Fashions, we left positively shocked by the service. Bhaji was incredibly patient, listened to what my sister wanted, the budget and was with us every step of they way. She was just simply amazing. The lengha was custom made and surprisingly arrived before we expected The day we went to collect the lengha, bhaji helped my sister put in her lengha and she realised certain adjustments needed to be made. Sai fashions did not charge extra for adjustments and bhaji noticed the most minor error which she rectified. She’s an absolute asset to bridal service and we received exceptional customer service from Bhaji Rehana (apologies if I got it wrong). Thank you ever so much!

Amazing place, always find the perfect dress for every occasion. My beautiful brides valima dress came from Sai Fashions, mashallah lovely, bhai was amazing in his customer service and a lovely person to get to know. The camera doesnt do justice to the picture.

Great selection of outfits for all occasions. Purchased 2 mens and 1 ladies outfits for the Nikah, great styles and well priced. Also pre-ordered a beautiful wedding gown and bridesmaid dress. If you want lots of bling this is definitely the place to shop. Great customer service, recommended.

Bought a family set of kurta suits with pants (not shalwar, tight on lower leg and slightly baggy on thighs, not baggy enough for me). Good selection with the right sizes. Not as good as Junaid Jamshed but was cheaper. Overall OK, good for fashion suits really not so good for day to day wear. A bit pricey but you can negotiate discounts. I think about 20-30% off is a good start. Quality is mediocre which is why I think it's a bit high priced. The building is tight, changing rooms aren't good, if there are women downstairs then you're better off going upstairs as the curtains can move. Bit run down.

The clothes are all wonderful and there is way too much choice. However: Remember to take cash. There are only a very select few items that they will accept card for. Moreover, Sai Fashion has a no refund policy - even for non sale clothes. This may be a temporary measure for getting rid of stock etc. Not wheelchair friendly or pram friendly or covid safe. Well stocked shop with plenty choice and when on sale, the items are reasonably priced.

Bought a very reasonably priced bridal dress from here and it looks stunning. Also, the skill of the tailor!! Words do not do justice. She made a large dress look incredible on our very petite bride. Fits perfectly! We are very pleased with the service, thankyou so much.

So, apparently there are 2 shops. One for jewellery, kurta’s and footwear and one for clothes. The one for the jewellery closes earlier than the one for clothes. Really odd staff. One was lovely and very helpful and even though I didn’t have any major problems with the staff I must say they lack customer service skills. Even the ones that speak good English. It didn’t bother me massively because I didn’t go there to make friends and I would have just walked out if they were rude to me which they weren’t. The boss though, doesn’t know about service with a smile and his payment policy makes no sense whatsoever. Some items are cash only and some are card payments too. I asked him and his reply didn’t even make sense. I would go there again but only for the sandals because I can’t wear high heels. Even then actually, it’s be my very last choice. I am extremely happy with my sandals though!

I ordered a dress on 25/11/20 and received it 30/11/20. Such fast delivery, perfect size, I fell In love with the dress and the quality. I’m so happy and would deffo recommend to others. Great pricing too!

If you want an efficient service then Sai is the place. They have the most stunning pieces, prices are very reasonable and the owner never disappoints anybody. I had my bridal dress prepared within weeks and went for a number of fittings as I’m so fussy and they really took care of it and made sure I left completely happy. There is an in house trailer and also if you buy jewellery from sai too there’s a discount. After visiting pretty much every shop in greater Manchester, I’m not sure there’s anywhere better than Sai.

Clothes are okay some very nice outfits and some not so nice. Customer service is poor and for some strange reason you can't try on sale items in the changing rooms, not sure of the reasoning behind this. They also have a rule that you can't return sale items although I'm not sure that is right in regards to consumer law especially if the item is faulty!

Always find something nice here. Unfortunately they don't have a returns policy and it's manic in the sales but I've found good bargains many times. A nice variety of colours, fabrics and designs that are up to date with latest trends

Good stocks perhaps a bit too much of stocks on the floor. Price is towards high end but sale prices are reasonable. Overall good shop for Asian Indian clothing for men and women.

Not so bad for clothing & the price you pay, downside is you're not allowed to try the clothing on even if you're going to buy. The management is very mystical, won't let you return item's at certain times of the day in case of bad luck.
