Excellent store. Upon entering the female staff member was very helpful and helped me in purchasing what I wanted by finding my sizes. It was my first time entering a Timberland store and I was very pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The t shirts fit perfectly and are very high quality. I returned a 'squeaky' pair of boots purchased four months ago. Dealt with very quickly and efficiently by the manager, (Amber) who could not have been more helpful. Absolutely no issues or disagreement and I left the store with a brand new pair. Top service with a smile. Far better experience than my previous visits to this store during the latter part of last year.
