Bought a backpack from here yesterday, great customer service from the team member who served me. Would definitely come back some time in the future. Love the selection of shoes!

Visited this store today as it's my partners 30th soon and the young man (whose name I didn't get and unfortunately it wasn't on the till receipt - although I do know that he is 26 years old and his partner is 24 as we had discussed being born in the 90s) was awesome, a real credit to the store. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Such a good laugh too, makes you feel very comfortable when you are greeted by someone who is so extroverted and personable with people. Let's put it this way, we visited Trafford Centre today and I've gone out of my way to leave this review - he made the trip worth it! Never change my friend!

Went into store today was given the best customer service by Courtney, Zee and Charis, who were super helpful and have impeccable sales skills!! They really helped me out in store today and got everything out for me quite fast as well!

Popped in today whilst shopping for clothes for my youngest who's starting college next week. Great selection of clothes and footwear in store. Staff extremely helpful and a credit to the company. One happy chappy at home with all his goodies.

The staff were so friendly, there was a queue outside due to the restriction of the number of people there could be in store, but the person outside did their best to keep us entertained, and when in store the staff were great at helping me get a good deal. One of the few times visiting the store beat shopping online. And I got a great new pair of Vans out of it!

The wife knew what she wanted but I was still thinking I could get the shoes cheaper elsewhere. The assistant was amazing very friendly lovely smile and offered us 10% discount for signing up to their newsletter. I walked around the other stores and couldn't get anywhere near the price so It was a great buy and I would recommend going direct to the main guys and not just to the other stores, they can, as I found out actually save you money.

Went to Trafford Centre for the first time since lockdown yesterday. Absolutely outstanding costumer service at vans the guy who served us was more like a personal shopper, could not be happier. Keep it up vans!

Whether it's just the fact that its January and the sales are on but I found it quite uninspiring with nothing that really grabbed my attention . This is a shop that I usually buy a few things from . Sadly not this time .
