Best place for lingerie - Just need to be aware bra sizes are different here so I would recommend getting remeasured before purchasing

Always clean and well staffed. Underwear draws are always a bit messy but staff cannot help that and it is never an issue. Loads of styles and sizes and ordering the right size or item is always really quick and easy with staff. They also have good hygiene measures during the pandemic.

I usually hate shopping, and even more for bras since I feel I can never get a Cute one that's my size. Olivia and Ella were so wonderful (Pink Victoria Secret), they made shopping fun 😊 Literally the best customer service I've ever had in a shop! They patiently measured my chest and showed me all the alternatives bras I could pick from! Thank you 3000 times for making this so easy! ❤️❤️

We usually get a very good experience shopping here and spend on an average £50-£130 everytime we shop there but being told that only one bag per purchase when we had bought around 10 mists and creams that were weighing the bag down. Abit disappointing.

The staff are really nice and helpful I have been in a few times and bought quite a few things and they’re always there to help with sizes etc. The customer service is great and that’s what makes customers return again and again. And I also recommend bra fitting here too.

Treated my niece to some pyjamas from here. Was quite shocked at how scruffy looking the clothing was hung up. All creased and bedraggled on the hangers. On closer inspection I found threads left on hems etc, I used to sew for major chains back in the day and we had to trim ends and make clothes a lot more presentable than some of these items were. But I suppose it's not aimed at my age and my niece was thrilled with her choice. It's all about the name I suppose.
