Beautiful store, conveniently lovated and as always, menswear on the top floor. It is set-up in sections and styles sonis convenient and reallyveasy to shop. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and offer an excellent service.

Always go to Zara for my aftershave.....outstanding fragrances, great quality, stunning scents which give any top brand a run for the money. I bought one gift set for myself and one for a present. Great service at the checkout area

My experience in this place can be alternating. Some staff are welcoming and nice. Sometimes the place is tidy and other times it can be a big mess. There was an incident when my sister received a derisive (mocking) smile from one of the staff while buying the goods she chose. We were both disturbed by it.

Love the clothes but despise shopping in there ques are long, most the staff are rude and don't even get me started on the self checkouts. Spent over 200 and couldn't even get a bag to fit the coat I'd bought and staff didn't even try to find one or apologise 😑

Very nice store in the shopping district of Manchester. Visited on a random occasion and was surprised with how this store felt much grander than other Zara's. Was quite busy, but the store was easily manoeuvreable and the queue not too long.

Zara store Manchester is in the city center and near to the railway station in Manchester. It's a bit pricy as compared to nearby stores like H & M. It has 3 sections with the top one for Men with a variety of different t products.

Great sale but far easier if you go on their website as not many sale items are available in-store. The medium is always in the small size and large on the big size so trial and error always best. See if available in the sale then try it on in-store, sure they don't mind.

In many ways its personal taste if you like a brand or not, and I find with Zara it often depends on the season and themes whether I buy or not. This store is big with 4 floors. I most recently called in during the summer sale, lots of very good reductions, however the store was looking a bit untidy. Staff were very courteous. Store is well situated in the centre of the city. I did buy and get a good bargain!

Why do all Zara's no matter where you are in the world or what day of the week it is or what time of day it is have a big slow moving queue? Do they not want my hard earned cash? It baffles me! But I do like Zara clothes and this is a nice store.

All the clothes in the photos attached are from Zara except the footwear are from other retailers. Zara is my number one clothes retail. I love almost everything about them from products, shops, services and staff. One thing I am not happy with is their expensive products; this is why I only shop with them when they have sales and discounts!!!😃😃😃 Quality: I am the type of person who would trash a pair of pants every few months! Will you be surprised to know that I still have and wear a pair of shorts that I bought from Zara in 2012? And a pair od sweatpants I got in 2014? And they both are in excellent conditions. You may say I am obsessed with my possessions and yes that is very true 🤣! I just don’t like to waste things that I can use. Therefore, I always shop at Zara coz it means I can keep my stuff for as long as they r still fit! Price: Thanks to Black Friday, Christmas and End of year, there are always discounts everywhere which I love. They do have crazy sales. Perfumes: Smells gorgeous but don’t last for long which us a shame coz their collections are so good. Sizes: Always the perfect size for me. Fashion: Crazy fashion... fierce!!! Inditex the Spanish company that own Zara are the biggest clothing company in the world and the Manchester store shows why there are women's clothes on the ground floor and men's on the first floor. Zara clothes are fashionable and reasonably priced and the designs are different than the rest of the high street Pleasant friendly staff with a nice atmosphere. Highly Recommended especially if you have a limited budget but still want well designed and fashionable clothes. 10 out of 10.

Lovely store. Well stocked. Always busy therefore usually long queues for the fitting rooms. the staff in the store seem to be always busy and look tired all the time but are helpful but not very enthusiastic. They now have a counter specifically for returns ancient exchanges. They offer alterations in store too.
