B.I have shopped here on numerous occasions and bought different products everytime, the only thing that makes me nervous is when some of the staff look at you, as if you are a shoplifter, Hugo boss have quality products, but they need to seriously bring the price of their products way down to a sensible price, induring any future sale, because sooner or later, it will come back to bite them.
L.I've visited this store 4 times and my experience has always been positive. My first visit was browsing only, and the gentleman downstairs was very knowledgeable.
On my next visit I went upstairs and was attended by Hassan who is possibly the nicest guy you'll ever meet. I ordered a coat knowing it would need to be adjusted as explained by my new best friend. Less than a week later I got an email saying it had arrived so promptly went in for visit number 3.
I tried the coat and it was beautiful, Hassan prepared for the adjustments with pins and I could feel how much better it would fit after taking the sides in more, shortening the sleeves etc. So I paid for the adjustments and left.
Less than 2 working days later I had a call saying the coat was ready, and that's the week before Christmas! I went in again to see my new best friend and the coat was perfect. Outstanding service and the coat itself is beautiful quality and well adjusted. I've worn it almost every day since!
Can't be faulted at all, I'll definitely shop there again! Not least because Hassan is so friendly and helpful.
For the record I wasn't dressed smartly on any visits, just trainers, jeans and an old coat. I was never looked down on for my appearance. Also I went with my pregnant wife so I was glad that the staff were always wearing masks.

Good selection to choose from and I’m already looking forward to going back in when I’m back in Milton Keynes
Very good customer service, especially from Hassan upstairs. he couldn't have been any more helpful, there was no rush he advised on which size shirts looked and fitted the best and why. He also advised which suit looked best for business. I was also very pleased as purchased a new casual jacket, I have been looking for months for something to wear for summer evenings that fitted perfect, I will be going back soon
