Was measured by Lorena and she was amazing. She made sure I had the right size and gave me multiple styles to try to make sure that I found the perfect bra. Felt very comfortable with her and was very helpful.

Best store I’ve ever been to! I come to mk regularly and I absolutely adore this shop so much. The staff are lovely, always clean, so many offers on products. In the pink section of the store, you can get three hygiene products for £30 or 2 for £27!. I can’t remember what it was for the Victorias Secret section but it’s something similar. All in all I adore shopping there and will keep coming back 🥰❤️

Very great experience. It was very busy inside but they maintained a high level of customer service.. I was choosing some perfumes and my hands were getting quite full, a customer adviser quickly offered me a basket to relieve my struggle. She was also tidying the shelves as quickly as they were being messed up. Impressed !!

Amazing customner service. Tried the store today as my mum was struggling to find a good fitting bra for my wedding and the staff were very approachable and could not have done more to help (I didn't catch the name of the first girl to help us but she was running around finding a lovely selection for my mum to try on). Emma was very attentive in sizing her up and made her feel at ease with the whole experience. Will definitely be returning soon.

If anyone is looking for great service go and see Kacey she is incredibly helpful and makes you feel so comfortable. She knows exactly what she’s doing and is amazing at her job! Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Well stocked store with polite staff, but my God, the prices!!!! My wife wanted a bra and was shown one at £40. We went to Next and got got 2 for £30. And stores wonder why they are going out of business. Rip off merchants like this don't deserve to be supported.

Absoloute amazing! My first time shopping in the store and I was highly impressed with the customer service that the staff provided. One of the best fitting experiences I have ever had, and a member of staff was always available for help. Would highly recommend.

It's ok in here - some pretty bits but very pricey! Noticed on several occasions, particularly the 'Victoria Pink' side of the store, that some of the staff were rather judgemental looking customers up and down with a look of dismay.

I found the underwear very much the same. Was shopping for valentines inspiration, left slightly disappointed and empty handed. It appears to be the same bra and pants just in every colour under the sun.... OK if thats what youre looking for.

First visit loved the shop although there was a sale and I found it very hard to look through the under wear as it was very messy .I was looking forward to buying something as I had not visited the shop before but because of the disarray It really put me off and left without making a purchase .I know it's hard to keep on top of things and it was busy but it still needs to be done .

What is there not to love at Victoria Secrets. The best place for Brad's they have a huge range and are so comfortable to wear, never buy mine anywhere else.
