I just wanted to say I experienced probably the best customer service at the Newcastle branch today (13 May 2022). I always received excellent service but today it even surpassed their usual high standards! I went to purchase some swimwear and usually I am in the store for quite a while trying to find something that suited my size. A young lady was asked to look after me and she was just so lovely. She brought lots of different styles in, she was honest and gave me constructive feedback on all the items I tried on. For the first time ever I was in and out in less than 30 minutes armed with a bag full of swimwear for a forthcoming holiday. I am just so sorry I didn't catch the young lady's name as she deserves so much credit for her service today.

The women here are so lovely really helped me a lot in January when I got my first bra fitting. They made me feel so comfortable and made sure I got the bra that fit me. Went back again and they were just as amazing. I'm so happy with the service here would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from Start to Finish , Dodi my bra fitter was very kind and I got fitted in no time with a beautiful Lacy white bra , the shop has a multitude of designs and colours to fit any bust . Very helpful and friendly service

As someone who was new to Newcastle the shop was a bit awkward to find, but was quickly pointed in the correct direction when asked, upon arriving I was warmly greeted by their lovely staff. There was a small wait till a fitting room was free but they were quite apologetic, was quite nice to have the time to have a look around the shop. I was then shown to a fitting room and fitted by a young woman, at first I felt a tad strange to have someone so young helping me but she was really sweet, helpful and easy to talk to making me feel really at home. As someone with exceedingly large breasts I find it very hard to find any in my size so when she brought out 5 different bras I was stunned and she seemed to celebrate with me in my excitement. Even though the bras are not the cheapest, they are definitely worth the cost and the store also offers a student discount which is very helpful. I also had a conversation with one of the staff about bra upkeep and how best to wash them, which was very useful.

A bit of a wait to see a member of staff for a fitting but no biggie in the great scheme of things 😊 The staff were fantastic as never been here before and explained how they do fittings at the moment. I felt really great after getting the bras chosen. A bit expensive but well worth every penny spent. Highly recommend for those women who wish to feel extra special. It was very quiet and they accommodated myself with my youngest in a pram. I will definitely go there again.

Lovely soft sleep bra in a very pretty colour.Was worried 'normal' bra three position back fastening would dig in but it didn't. Just a suggestion as the bra covers two cup sizes in my case D-E (I am D) if you don't fill it properly the cup is a little lumpy.This could be overcome by stitching the cup to the front material to give a better shape,in the same way as the centre front is stitched.Overall a very comfortable item Bravissimo,thank you.

Wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful staff. No pressure to buy, and they really work with you to find the best possible fit. I'm extremely self conscious, yet feel completely comfortable being fitted here. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Such a good shop. Perfect for larger bra sizes and still absolutely gorgeous. The staff are polite and incredibly helpful. Was given a walk-in fitting which took about 5 minutes for her to find my perfect size. Have been wearing it since and it is so comfortable. Could not recommend this shop more.

First time shopping here. Popped in for a sports bra and ended up with three bras. Fantastic staff, really friendly. Cannot praise them enough. I will always shop here for bras from now on. They gave me a bra fit, which was the most relaxed bra fit I've ever had.

Went in for bra sizing, and found the lady that helped me was very friendly. I did not feel embarrassed or awkward, I was put at ease and she helped me find the right fit, I bought 3 new bras and will be getting more also will be looking at the clothing too. The staff here are lovely and inviting, especially welcomed if you're new to the process and are unsure as to how bravissimo works. They offer a large selection of their clothes and bras to meet all of your larger than life bust's needs and there's fitting rooms in which you can book to have a fitting or on quite days you can slip right in! It is located in a quiet area of the shopping centre so it feels a lot calmer which is nice considering how easily flustered one can get when looking at all the bra choices and sizes.

Cannot fault the service I was given today. I was fitted to get my correct size and shown all that was available from the colours I had chosen. I bought more than I intended to but I am thrilled with everything. Absolutely superb..

Bravissimo is a shop I have only just revisited, I shopped with them before but haven't been in the shop since they moved to eldon garden. I bought a couple of things and am planning on returning again soon. The staff all went that extra mile to help you find what you wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.
