Amazing service in-store today. Spent a good 20 minutes with me helping me pick different garments to try. Also put my heavy backpack behind the tills for me while I shopped. Ended up getting two really nice jumpers for £260 ish which I'm happy paying.

I've read a few bad reviews regarding the delivery/return process and how long it takes. I can only provide a review on my own experience and from all the orders I've placed with End (and there's been quite a few), the order has arrived the following day with DPD (who are probably the best courier about). Even with returns, when I send the unwanted items back, the time taken to processed this and refund my money back has been as equally quick. In terms of customer service, I'd say End are definitely up there as one of the best, if not the best., I've dealt with. Even better they're a company establish in Newcastle up Tyne as well. Always had great service. I have actually just ordered an item, within seconds I had a confirmation email and within 17 minutes I have had a confirmation shipping email to let me know my item has been dispatched. I have always had great service in store from all members of staff and they have always been very kind and attentive. Unlike some contemporary/designer stores were the staff glare and follow you around fixing every rail you touch. The store itself is very clean and spacious, I would always recommend this store to others.

It's always cool to have a look at all the clothes I can't afford right now. The store has a clean and crisp demeanour and is easy to navigate through. This is the top floor however, the basement often gets crowded and the flow of pedestrians is a little bit unsuitable for the space. It is not tailored for handling large amounts of people.

I live in the United States (California). I have ordered from these guys many times over the course of about 2 years. The shipping is incredible. The prices are incredible. Customer service is pretty good. My one concern is their returns process: One time I ordered a pair of pants that were a little too tight. I subsequently ordered the next size up and intended to return the original pair I purchased. However End does not offer free return shipping for US customers like other "hi-end" online department stores like mr.porter and ssense. So, if you live in the USA, I'd really try to be sure about your size prior to ordering. This has only happened once and every other order has been handled so smoothly that I still feel compelled to award 5 stars.

Won a pair that got shipped to Belgium where I live. Unfortunately the box came heavily damaged so had to return it at my own costs. Got refunded for the shoes so that's nice. Tip to END: don't wrap the box in a bag because if the box is damaged you can't see the damage when you receive the parcel. I received shoes from Nike and SNS and also once from the US and they arrived fine. 🤷🏻‍♂️

My review is for their e-commerce site. They’ve always been excellent for me, items well-described and delivered quickly and securely. Additionally, any issues are rectified quickly (including recently at 10pm!!!). Can’t ask for more!

End clothing has a good selection of menswear brands and products. The online customer service is good with the option of having online chat at any time. I would recommend using the next day delivery if you are in the UK and wish to recieve your order within a week together with tracking messeges and time slots as the other option might take longer with no exact delivery date. The London boutique is great to have a browse but do not expect great customer service as this is a high traffic location and staff don't seem to bother much in giving you immidiate attention or care much for your needs unless you know exactly what you are looking for.

If I was a dude I'd be in here all the time but I'm not but can appreciate great design, products and service. The shop is cosy filled with colourful, unique designs and the window display always makes it look inviting. I went in once looking for some rare trainers, they didn't have them but were so helpful as to where I might be able to find them. They sent me away with a couple of good links to try and find them. So 10/10 for friendly, helpful staff too. A must visit.

End are one of the best companies around. Their range, service and delivery is second to none and their sales are legendary. Honestly, Google Reviews are a farcical mess, it's obvious Google have no interest in genuine reviews or in moderating the manifestly unfair and bogus ones.

A wide range of stock from a huge number of brands. Good customer service on the couple of occasions when I've needed it. Shame they charge for postage but it's not an unreasonable amount and I suppose it dissuades people from messing them about. It's tricky to cop limited release sneakers, but which website isn't??

After a pair of adidas trainers. Selfridges had them for £100 found them here online for £50. Only £2.95 for DPD tracked delivery next day which is a bargain unlike other stores that can charge £4.99 just to deliver to store. Defiantly be using again.

There's nowhere in Newcastle quite like END for the selection of clothes and brands. You've got the streetwear and shoes in the basement, then on the ground floor you've got your everyday fashion, homeware and accessories, and finally on the top floor you've got your higher end designers. Absolutely worth a visit and worth taking some time to really have a look around.

Love the website they don't show all the brands they stock when you go and click on brands. Shipping is alright haven't had any problems with packaging. Easy way to navigate through the website is set up quite well and checkout is also very easy fast.

Great place not gonna lie but you gotta have atleast 3 BMWs in your garage must eat out every single day at fancy french resturant and have 3 divorces and have half your wealth taken away yet still be rich and be able to pay back Germany's Reperations after ww1 in one go without causing hyperinflation to be able to afford these clothes.
