They have a huge selection of Carhartt clothing, which is a brand I really like. They have a much more substantial selection than END. The staff are really friendly and good to chat to and very helpful when it comes to selecting a suitable piece of clothing. The store is also a laid-back and comfortable space to be in.

I'd ordered online and they were super helpful when DPD messed up the delivery (which wasn't Union's fault at all!). Customer service was mint, and they went out their way to sort the issue quickly whilst keeping me updated on everything. Will definitely buy through them again, and the selection of brands they stock is great.

Excellent customer service, fantastic range of quality clothing and not massively overpriced like some at the other 'End'. When there was a mistake on my online order, the guys were quick to call and sort everything out. Wouldn't get that at a chain store. Great easy to use site - Will definitely be my shop of choice now.

Wide selection of jeans which was a little overwhelming in their presentation. Staff tried to help but I maybe got the feeling I wasn’t in their core demographic age group so felt a bit let down. Would still recommend.

Best clothes shop in Newcastle and the only place to buy jeans. Staff are friendly and welcoming, extremely knowledgeable about their denim. Great place to go for staples from trusted brands as well as finding some gems from brands that you won't find many other places. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a pair of jeans, then ordered a set of socks, incurring carriage. They credited ther carriage back and combined the orders. Great service, really efficient.

Visited the shop various times and understand how important these reviews are for any business. Really lovely place with staff to match its friendly atmosphere. Very unique with a great selection- obviously the prices are in the higher tier for clothing shops but it deserves to be for the standard and quality of its products that it houses. Furthermore, it just means when I buy here the item is more special to me. Got a great hat here a few months ago, love it and its still like new after various outings. Furthermore, I agree with the comments about not having your dog in the shop as its all fine quality clothing that I wouldn't want to have dog or any pet anywhere- its just common sense.

Top quality clothing, tastefully selected and presented. Along with friendly unique staff that disarm the awkwardness of intimate shopping. I saw a review on here about a guy not being allowed his dog in?! It's fair enough, this is a small independent business. I wouldn't want dog muck near my potential selvage denim and cotton shirts! Five star shop, ignore the dog whinger.

The best shop for selvedge denim that I've ever been in. Tell them what jeans you want, they'll give you some options, then try them on in comfortable changing rooms and make your decision. Expect to pay the RRP but you'll have one or more pairs of the best quality jeans that will last you a long time. Union came highly recommended from a Darlo friend and I would recommend also after travelling up from Newcastle for the weekend. Super friendly atmosphere and all staff were very helpful. I will be back.

No one knows jeans like Union. They’ll find the right pair for you. Everything they have is quality and you’ll want to wear them until the fibres become unbonded. It’s a small shop, but they pack a ridiculous amount of style in there.
