One of my favourite shops nowadays. Always updating their stock lines with fresh, new and interesting products (that are just so competitively priced). I find the quality of their products is just amazing. Wonderfully laid out shop that is an absolute pleasure to spend time in. The tills are easily located and always quick to be served. If only more retail shops were to be like Primark maybe the retail business would not be struggling as much.

I love the great prices and value for money on everyday clothing like t-shirts, tops, trousers etc. With tops from £2.50, I was able to afford a few different colours. So that I can mix and match. I also find they ware well and wash up nice and clean too, where more expensive tops tend to become shabby and stain easily. They now have self-service tills which I found easy to use. They also have a till for disabled customers, which I think is great. The only down side that I noticed, was that the slowness of the cue for the normal tills, which you used to be able to speed through. I would also like to say how pleasant and helpful the staff were. I have noticed that too many shop assistants don't seem to have a smile or care about the customers, who pay their wages! However I have always felt that the staff here, seem very happy and are always polite. Thank you

Four Stars for assistant who helped me find what I was looking for. Full marks because she did it with a smile and her personality shone through. Not happy with Primark in Northampton. This is due to them closing their till upstairs where the childrens dept is. So mothers going upstairs and fathers, then going downstairs to pay. A man must have implemented it or a woman without children. Have they ever had to negotiate baby in buggy with toddler in tow. I THINK NOT. Secondly replacing till with actual people on them = social interaction for do it yourself tills. Only 3 people on tills again this equals loss of jobs for cashiers = bigger dividends for shareholders. Not happy with Management. VERY HAPPY WITH SHOP ASSISTANT WHO WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP ME.

I was really pleased with this store. It had a great selection of clothes here. I was especially looking for children's clothes and I found everything I needed. If I was disappointed in anything it was when I asked a staff member where the girls t shirts were she pointed rather than show me and I'd only asked because I obviously had walked round and couldn't find them. Still I had a great experience here.

The Prices of clothing items there are really Affordable compared to some places I have been to, but their clothing items are not cheap as how many people have said that it is but all the same it's still affordable. I would recommend that they have more store assistants cause the place is quite big and you can get a bit confused while searching for an item or deciding between different products which one to buy.But all the same Primark is great .

This primary in Northampton is set over two floors of the Grovenor Centre. It has more or less the same stock as the larger Molton Keynes branch and is on par with the Rushden Lakes shopping centre branch. Value for money especially if on our tight budget with kids to kit out for the summer or at any time really. Adult clothes are good value too.

This shop ok but if you are trying to get in contact with your family member or friend. You are not going to because never going to get network or signal in the shop. Also the new self check out are but pointless because you need to remember to get receipt to get out of the barriers. Because you need to Scan your receipt when you get to the barriers. 99% of people don’t get receipts if they pay by contactless or mobile devices

It was an amazing place to shop for clothes. This incredible store offers great and premium quality clothes with a reasonable price range. Also the customer service is pretty good and the environment is just clean. You also get all types of clothing that you want from men to women to children to babies.

Great for clothes but I do wish they'd show professionalism on the shop floor. As a customer I don't need to know who goes to lunch when, keep business off the floor. They need to keep their disabled till covered. Some days no one pays it any attention at all forcing disabled people into the queue Since writing the first review above they've improved considerably. Though they've removed upstairs tills they have escalators and a lift and downstairs they have added self check out. I would have preferred it if they'd not made the men's section smaller

Quick stop to everything that one can wear. They have great women and kids section with make up n accessories. Bags and shoe are of decent price. Men's formal wear collection is poor.

Good selection of clothes and clearly has everything you need. But I find most items I pick up have foundation marks on them and some clothes chucked around on the shelves. Not to mention some customers like to push around when it’s busy without the manners of apologising (I know this isn’t the businesses fault) but in the future I’ll be visiting again in the morning and in the week to avoid the above.

It's Primark, always a good selection an great prices. It's just the tills, only 2 tills open on the ground floor an the queue was so long, the staff on this day were in no rush, which is fine but when people are waiting it wouldn't hurt to speed up a little. They seem to have good cleaning procedures in place due to covid. There was even a lady cleaning the hand rails for the escalator which I was both glad and surprised about. Definitely gets busy and the men's section could be bigger but overall a great store.

Very hard workers on the shop floor but my only issue was the queue it was ridiculously long and mangers and supervisor where just walking past to have a queue of around 10 or 12 and not spare one person to get the queue down when you can see people walking around or folding clothes just abit annoying would of walked out because i was on my lunch break but needed the trousers at short notice for a funeral

Classic as far as primarks go. Never has enough tills, staff don't wear masks correctly, and queues are long. Provided sanitiser is disgusting quality.

The Primark in Rushden lakes didn't have any on my sizes. Probably should go in the week. Decided on Northampton town centre and voila all my sizes in store. Bit of a queue on a Sunday. Excellent for go to PJ's.

You really need to take a tape measure with you as there are no real standard size label relationships. Some items better than others and it's a bit like Aldi v Waitrose in terms of price/quality. T shirts great but length varies greatly as does actual chest size v label sizes. Personally I'm not convinced they have a huge style range for the older person. So, sadly I can only rate this particular store as a 3 star experience.

Went shopping today to pick up a few odds and sods bought a fantastic pair of jeans that fit amazingly considering my size (full figure) and lots of other things such as tops and pyjamas and kids stuff got 17items for £55 wow that's my bargains of the year. Since the demise of M&S I think this branch will see a great deal more business. I don't like running a company down as business can be hard to get for any company, but Primark were basically selling clothes from the same area as M&S but at more realistic prices. The shop is constantly busy with people of all ages, we all like a bargain and with their range of clothes and homeware I can only see good things ahead for Primark in the Grosvenor Centre.

Nice selection of clothes, the ony problem i have with primark is that every time i seem to have gone in over the past month it has been busy and only one or two people will be working the tills-which is fine at 9 in the morning but at 11 ish it means that you can spend at least 10 minutes waiting to be served. Other than that all the staff seem lovely and the clothes are always readily available.

A very busy store with not a lot of choice. Compared to a lot of the Primark stores, this one is fairly small, and very manic. I'd probably advise to visit on a weekday as the weekends are, at times, ridiculous.

I mean it's Primark, if you haven't all ready been you've been living under a rock (or now, I think about it, just in a country without primark) but anyway, they do nice, cheap clothes and homewere, although I'm not sure it's the most ethical place to shop but it will get better at that part. The shop is a medium size, they are spreaded on 2 floors with interior escalators. Womens on the ground floor and kids and mens on the first floor. There's always a member of the staff around to help you and at the till there is always a friendly face.
