What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Really friendly, helpful and professional. First visit with my daughter last week whose wedding is next May resulted in me trying on a dress she picked out that I would not have chosen myself. With Kerry’s help a week later and I have the most amazing outfit complete with all accessories! Looking forward to returning with another of my daughters for her wedding in 2024! Would thoroughly recommend a visit to this lovely shop. Well done team Rose Wardrobe! 🤗

After not really knowing what I wanted for my daughter’s wedding, but knowing what I really didn’t want, I was astounded to find the exact outfit that I really wasn’t looking for at the Rose Wardrobe. Kerry was so very helpful, discreet and professional, but with such a personable touch. She suggested I try a dress that was on my ‘no list’. My ‘absolutely not’ list! And I loved it! She knew exactly what would suit me. And suggested shoes, bag and hat to compliment the dress. One very happy mother of the bride. All down to one exceptional member of staff. I cannot rate this fantastic shop and the lovely ladies who run it enough! Whilst shopping as a mother of the groom today I experienced the most wonderful attention and help, I've never felt so pampered and special. Instead of feeling embarrassed I was made to feel totally at ease and a lot better about myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them, I left feeling ten foot tall and quite emotional about how lovely these ladies had treated me. The clothes are gorgeous and such a high quality, I was absolutely spoilt for choice. I will definitely be returning when I need a special outfit again. This place is amazing. I have been today with my mum and sister and it was an absolute joy. There was no hard sell and we were given help by the lovely Kerry whenever we needed it. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was made to feel amazing and I now have a fabulous outfit for my daughters wedding. I highly recommend this place and cannot praise Kerry enough. Please try it it will be worth the the experience!!

I bought a dress online. It didn’t suit me. I posted it back to them on Friday. By Monday I had a full refund. Had lots of lovely advice from their very friendly and informative staff. Vast range of dresses in all sizes. Highly recommend

Visited this lovely boutique on Saturday with my daughter and found the perfect Mother of the Bride outfit. The ladies delivered outstanding customer service and nothing was too much trouble. We were recommended the Rose wardrobe by a work colleague who had got her mother of the bride outfit there On arrival, Saturday morning, Julie met us and saw to our requests. She wasn't pushy and allowed us plenty of time to browse before coming back to help. She encouraged my wife to select several outfits to try and made a few suggestions as to what might also fit her requirements. When my wife had narrowed her selection Julie was then able to suggest hats and bags to complement her outfit. At no point did we feel that we were under any pressure to buy there and then (but we did). First rate good old fashioned service with a personal touch.
