Brilliant service, very helpful team. All the staff welcomed me into the shop with a huge smile and said good morning. When needing help for sizes they pointed me into the direction. Definitely recommend! Also amazing how they are the only shop in Northampton to sell school clothes so very grateful your here for our town.

Considering we are experiencing a global pandemic, which is VERY SERIOUS and taking away many lives as we speak, I completely understand and appreciate all the staff's hard work. I have seen how ridiculously busy it is during the summer with hundreds of people trying fit inside a small shop all at once... So I understand that it is impossible to adhere to social distancing so to keep staff AND customers safe you are having to remain shut. I would just like to thank you very much for all that you are doing in these difficult times! We do appreciate all that you are doing to ensure our children receive their school uniform ready for September. Thank you again for all your hard work and lovely staff who are always happy to help : ) Stay safe & Take Care x

Had a very pleasant experience at the Northampton school shop. The shop assistant called Kim provided excellent customer service and did not rush us at all. Ensured we had everything we needed for the first day back at school. Thank you muxhlu appreciated

Great place friendly staff, the cue for payment was bit of a pain with the school rush but thats expected, they don't stock girls grey trousers for secondary school! This is a requirement for my daughter's school and now has to wear a skirt and tights in the cold until I can find trousers to fit her.

No reason why they cant be offering click and collect,but choosing not to,unlike other similar shops,which then means waiting a week for orders as they use Royal Mail. An absolute nuisance that schools do not keep supplies of jumpers on site so this is not a problem

Great Customer Service, the ladies are very knowledgeable and will help in anyway possible. I wish that Weston Favell Academy pupils could purchase from them instead of going online from a company outside the County. WE SHOULD BE SUPPORTING OUR LOCAL SHOPS
