Went in today as my wellies had broken and where under warranty had to take the day off work to do so and they where very helpful I couldn't asked for a better experience! Within about 3hours of me dropping them off they already had a replacement pair ready for me. I was expecting a 2-4 day turnaround but it was all done in the same morning. I would highly recommend gallyons to everyone great customer service and great products. Thank you, Rachael and Emma couldn't of asked for a better experience shopping with you!

Was here over the Christmas period, despite being on the younger side of the clientele, I was dealt with with the upmost respect, feeling like a welcomed and valued customer . Well stocked and requests met when asked. A fine establishment to have in lanes of Norwich, if you should need country attire or accessories then Gallyons is certainly the place to be!

would just like to leave a review thanking the team at Norwich in helping me find the perfect dog walking coat..excellent service, good product knowledge based on their own experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent range of styles for all budgets. also the dog was made to feel welcome as we spent a good 30 mins in the shop , she was also given bowls of water.. Just the say the shop also supported Norwich by giving us a free book of the town , which as first time visitors to the town, proved most helpful. After being recommended by a friend to visit Gallyons, I was certainly not disappointed by the amazing range of country clothing and footwear that they have to offer. Not only was the window display eye-catching, the staff were friendly, attentive and certainly knew their stuff! What a hidden gem in the heart of Norwich. I bought myself a schoffel jacket and my partner some Fairfax and favor regina boots. The staff went the extra mile and I would recommend them to anyone. Five stars. Thankyou Gallyons for great service.... I will be back for Christmas shopping very soon.
