I just wish they would look after the older ladies, most tops are to short where as the men can go and buy anything and it is fine. I did mento a member of staff who promised to mention to her bosses. Us older ladies love our fashion and not just from M&S and Next.

Popped in with my daughter and wife ( not my personal style of clothing as a 54 year old man but our 17 year old loves it! ) was assisted by a lovely young lady called Abby who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my daughters sizing requests and questions- made shopping here a very pleasant experience !

Quite pricy but so good!!! The quality is amazing and the clothes are beautiful! I got a blue skirt with white flowers, Blue shirt and a lovely body mist watermelon scented. All came up to £45.99 but since we registered by just putting our email we got 10 pounds of making it £35.99!

The shop always seems so dark, I think they trying to set a mood?? Clothes are great quality but OK if you are a size 0 and you like crop tops.. Not for me.

I love how polite and lovely the staff are, it’s so welcoming! The shop always smells nice and clothes are all displayed really well. One thing that I have an issue with is that when it comes to paying, the staff are quite pushy with the club Cali discount. Not everyone wants to sign up for it and customers are practically being pushed to put their email in even when they have said they don’t want to. Over all is positive

Nice products and good offers but all of the staff were gossiping in the changing room for a really long time. No staff on the shop floor or behind the counter. I had to interupt them in order to make a purchase, no apologies, a single member of staff acknowledged me and carried out the transaction. They were polite and pleasant. The rest of the staff stayed in the changing room talking. This was late morning on a bank holiday Monday. Not very good optics for the store.
