M. O.As you'd expect it's a very nice store to peruse that latest in fashion. It's even better when you get a discount off the retail prices. Unlike the internet you can try before you buy and returns are less hassle than buying online. We'll miss all this if the high street retail disappears (like vinal records).
H. P. R. o. N.I don't recall going in there, but if I had it was a pleasant experience from what I recall seeing it. It wasn't what I was looking for at the time and I can't afford things from shops with high prices, but it was easy to get around, if you're disabled. I was glad to notice they cater to disabled like my husband and I, regardless of disabilities.
Next time, I go in , I will get something for my husband and my sister-friend's here where I reside temporarily.

And don't get me started on the strange little "game" section. I assume money saving idea from Mike Ashley who closed the full game branch from another section of chapelfield and moved it to the top floor of house of Fraser between gents suits and homeware....
A. B.I visited House of Fraser in Chantry Place when an order I had placed had not been delivered by Hermes on time. The manager John could not have been more helpful and he alone helped resolve what was a difficult situation so I just wanted to show my appreciation for his superb performance. Thank you.
