Lots of choice in sizes that are popular, less popular colours may not always be stocked. Without the Levi card it's full price. Staff are helpful and will advise if asked. Free Jean shortening service available on their products.

Well let me just say when I walk into the shop they gave me a nice warm welcome.i love this shop because they really do want to make you feel comfortable.the merchandise is of good-quality and the fact that they will tailor it it to your size makes it worthwhile I would recommend and this shop and I will definitely be revisiting here ear to shop again.

I like Levi's. Makes you feel good wearing their jeans, not sure why but it just does. The people working there are super helpful and nice too.

Friendly and helpful staff will do anything to try and get you the best fit jeans and they do alterations too for free and very clean shop everything in it's place for you to see what your lookng for

Friendly staff, they went out of their way to find me the right size jeans I was looking for. The free alteration service was quick and really good too, had my jeans taken up 2 inches on the leg and you can't tell they've been altered at all. Top notch service.

Well what can you say, iconic band: I bought a classic leather jacket here, staff bent over backwards to be pleasant and helpful and weren't at all pushy! Look on the website and then go to the store and try it on!

I went to pay £250 in clothes for my daughter and the girl asked me "DO YOU NEED A BAG?" It's a rather stupid question to ask in a store like Levi's! Maybe I should walk around the Chapelfield with all the clothes in hand!
