My 13 year old son popped into the store while I was next door. The lady working at the store, possibly the owner, treated like a regular customer and didn’t patronise him. Helped him with sizes and suggestions of what brands of clothing would fit him and which brands they stocked the smaller sizes of trainer in. He felt so chuffed as has more disposable income than I do so it was nice for him to be treated properly as he had money to spend. Will definitely shop online here going forward as we were only visiting Norwich. Highly recommend a visit to this store. They also stock quite a lot of limited edition stock too… thank you Nicky

Great shop with a huge range of stock. I recently ordered a pair of Karhu trainers and they arrived super fast. They’re also one of the nicest shoes I’ve bought (highly recommend). Main Source offer a huge selection from Karhu and are super inclusive with all sizes, even for my small size 4 feet! Definitely worth checking out they’re website/store and support an independent business doing great things :)

Just been in the store today. Thought it was about time to buy myself a new pair of trainers and what better place to go than Main Source in Norwich. Great shoe selection and great customer service. Friendly guys and gals. Also the music was great. Recommend to anyone looking for some rarer and less common shoes and clothes. Some of them are only available in here and no where else in the country! 5 stars for top guys!

I can give only 5 stars. I ordered a pair of shoes to Hungary, and it was here in 4 working days, everything was okay. The shoebox remained intact too, and it is rare to say. The service was kind and helpful. (Just one little suggestion: next time write the mobile number to the address or on the box because it made a little bit complicated to get in touch with the transporter.)

Main Source is a great little shop selling a large selection of trainers, and other stuff that you won't find everyone else wearing during your travels. The staff (especially Rachel) are always really friendly and knowledgeable, and you never just feel like an income source for them. You get the impression that providing excellent customer service is important for this business. I’ve witnessed this with other customers also. They also have a huge selection of stuff online, so when I finally leave Norwich, I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for those special trainers and bits. Thanks again and well done.

Next Level customer support! I ordered an that shoe already sold out in germany. The package included some bonus stuff. One of those items happened to be a spray can. British Royal Mail decided that a spray can is not safe to ship and destroyed the whole package!! I contacted the customer support and asked for help. Not only did they reply fast, they also contacted the freaking factory and somehow came up with a sold out shoe in my size. The talked to the factory and they send it to me directly, avoiding the britisch postal service. I must say that this was exceptional! I am a happy customer and although i have to pay additional shipping fees ordering from UK, I certainly will visit the store every now and then, because i can be sure that i will receive a top notch treatement. Keep on rocking guys!
